@@justincase6151 What people don't realize is that the car that was eventually kitt was not actually Michael Long's trans am. Glenn larson had mentioned clarified this to several people. Also if you look at the episode in season two called knightmares, April shows Michael, a newspaper on a computer screen that says Michael Long's body was found in front of his car.
Hi Justin I have the same electronics but I was wondering if you know how to get the temperature Calculated right if I use a regular digital one it reads the right temperature but as soon as I hook up the dash to it I don’t get the right temperature it reads high temperature. I am using the sending unit from the block of the engine right by the driver side above the header any ideas On how to calibrate it
I have not soldered my dash into the instrument cluster yet. Have you looked to see if the install guide explains the process? I will do some digging. My understanding is that you solder the individual gauge circuits into the corresponding traces on the back of the cluster.
@@chriscastillo2364 If you haven't already, leave your question on the ZA facebook page. He is very responsive also on messenger. The manual makes it very clear not to adjust the factory settings. Unfortunately, I am currently putting my car back together and have not tried the gauges yet. I will post a video when I get the boards hooked to the car's sensors.
I ordered mine off amazon. It's was made by Neekeons. This was 2017 when I bought it. Its no longer available when I searched. Its a switching power supply. I highly recommend you ask ZA Electronics what they feel is suitable power supply for their boards.
Can't wait for it to all come together.

Was that in an interview? I remember Michael saying "I'm taking my car with me" in the pilot episode.

How did you load the countdown tone sound on start up
SD card. The boards are updated via firmware.
What are you using to power it up and test it ?
I used an external power supply. The type that has screws for positive and negative. I used the same external supply to test the scanner.
