Thukpa - Tibetan Noodle Soup Recipe | Chicken Thukpa Soup Recipe | Winter Special recipe

Thukpa is a soupy noodle concoction originating from the Tibetian highlands and popular in Nepal, Terai Bengal, Sikkim and Assam. This is a hot, refreshing soup which is best had during chilly winter evenings. Various vegetables and chicken, pork and other meats are used in the soup with various sauces and seasonings. Try this @ home with your family and friends and enjoy a fun filled evening!
Ingredients -
Boiled noodles - 150 gms
Boneless chicken - 250 gms
Carrot - 1 small bowl
Capsicum - 1 small bowl
Chopped cabbage - 1 small bowl
Spring onion greens - 2 tbsp
Spring onion white - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 th tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 th tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 ths tsp
Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped onion - 1 medium
Salt as per taste
Sugar/ honey - 1 tsp
Chopped tomato - 1 small bowl
