I am relatively new to Mythic Legions, but man. I have been a figure collector my entire life, and that includes Hot Toys and Sideshow. I am now only collecting Legions. Also because fantasy is my favourite genre. The quality and price range of Legions is the absolute top at the moment.
So I’m a dwarf guy through and through. The next things I collect are skeletons. I don’t normally do knights or even Templars, but I’m gonna have to get a few Elijahs. He’s probably my favorite of the wave.
I was most surprised at Legioncon with Ucczjak massive size and overall amazing design and with Sir Elijah. Honestly I thought he was a little boring, but I’m hand he looks amazing. Like you and everyone else says, you REALLY need to see theee figures in hand. They are in my opinion the nicest looking.
It kinda gets old say "you need to see these to really appreciate them", but it's so true. The figures are just so detailed that there is no way (as amazing a photographer as Trevor is) that you can fully appreciate the toy until you are holding it!
I think something that hasn't been mentioned enough is the absolute horror this wave introduces/emphasises. The inclusion of the second skull heads is truly horrific! Imagine one minute fighting alongside your friend and the next fighting against them in undead, skeletal, form.
The main reason was that Necronominus has the power to recall fallen warriors as undead soldiers for his own army. It was just a fun way to show heroic warriors turned to the side of evil - and it allowed us to add more skulls!
There is a TON of new tooling in this wave and much of it is very, very intricate. It takes time to do these right - but we would all love to have them out sooner rather than later!
great episode!

Awesome! Enjoy your journey into Legions collecting!
Great content. Keep up the good work Jeremy.
Thank you Noah!
Missed the live, but enjoyed the replay. Super deep dive into the best wave.

So true. Gorgeous figures. Even the more standard ones.
Currently at work watching the replay
Man thanks Jeremy this stream was a lot of help. I’m thinking an all in and 4 more should do me.
Awesome! Thanks for the support!

Wonder if we will ever see the person or force behind the order and templars breaking up before it was reclaimed.
Is there lore or back story with the extra skeleton heads?

Hopefully they’ll release these for 2023 instead of 2024

I’m triggered by how you mispronounced “scythe.” Haha
