Is it just me or is your bike shifting gears harshly? I'm having a similar problem, the first 3 gears are jerking when I change gears, I'm thinking I need to change the clutch discs. what do you think?

I agree! I think I'm shifting too quickly or the clutch shift is a bit too late for my taste.
