Hello doc. Can we please get a video on how to sterilize and store burs and files. Using new ones everytime I not feasible for someone people so I was curious to know how you store and organize your endo files and burs.
No it’s not ok to make a zombie tooth out of a vital tooth. We can’t control biology he says and we can’t control the longevity of a root canal treated tooth either. Keep it vital leave the pulp near caries and inform the patient of the chance of infection.
I totally get your viewpoint - I try very hard to preserve vitality when my pulpal diagnosis is even on the borderline of reversible and irreversible pulpitis. But we must understand the other perspectives in Dentistry - even if we disagree with them. With so many different and polarising viewpoints in dentistry, we must listen to them all but do what feels right to us once we have heard all the ways. I still thank you for sharing your views
I think the concept of reversible and irreversible isn't leading us to definite diagnosis.in pakistan many technicians just fill tooth with reversible pulpitis and pt remainds pain free
