My dad’s side of the family is from Saltillo. I’m here right now because he just passed this Sunday, so my sister and I came to get him cremated and bring him back home to the states with us. Saltillo is definitely VERY underrated. And I’m ashamed to admit that I just realized that. I practically grew up here when I was a kid because we always spent Christmas and summer breaks here, so it’s like a second home, if not, the only place I feel at home. If I had the choice to stay here forever, I would. Thank you for showing the world how beautiful our city is. Que orgullo estoy de ser Mexicana. Viva México 🇲🇽🫶🏼
As a Brit who moved here to live with my wife from this city. It feels surreal to see someone explore it, the world is huge and you so happen to explore Saltillo! Glad you liked it, compared to monterrey it can be boring BUT the climate is so much better here and you can sinply drive to Monterrey on weekends etc when needed. Gorditas are my favourite food here. Saludos

That caldo de res and chile relleno looked amaizing!!! Mexicans love to eat a caldo de pollo or de res when we are feeling a little sick and it fixes you right up! Glad y'all are enjoying Mexico.
My best memories of Mexico are the city squares , the churches and all the good food and markets. I love going to the supermercados there. Well done representing Mexico guys 👍💓
My best memories are plane going home I hated it honestly ended up in a adults only hotel & it was like a porn movie full of loud drunk Americans. Normally love them but certainly not that holiday they were like sex starved rabbits 😂😂

It is the Oso coffee, the best coffee from Saltillo. Saltillo and the entire state of Coahuila is the Land of the Black Bear. I think that's why the coffee is called Oso coffee. It's the first time I see one of your videos and I loved it and even more because it was about My city, my beautiful city, Saltillo, Coahuila. Usually "tunas" are eaten without lime, salt, chilli or chamoy, that's a modern twist. Each color has a distinct flavor and texture and a particular deep red small one can impede you to poop😂if you eat a lot. Hugs guys, I really like your humble attitude.
If you like Saltìllo I think you will also like Durango. The problem I had with Mexican food is not being able to eat as often as I wanted to. It is so filling!!
The burritos are very different to what I had in Texas. They were HUGE with loads of rice, beans, meat, salad etc. I remember one amazing place that was a proper authentic Jalisco (province) style joint - almost everything on the menu was unknown to me, but seriously delicious food! Get to Jalisco if you haven't already!
In the refreshing nieves section, the man who sold you the cajeta is a man named Gonzalo! A well known man in Saltillo throughout many years because of the quality of his nieves 😸. Wait until you see the small colonial town of "Parras de la Fuente Coahuila", they have the oldest winery in the entire American continent and Thomas Edison was literally there. It is an hour by car from Saltillo
Vaya, no sé quién eres pero gracias por darle el visto bueno a Saltillo, realmente somos una ciudad infravalorada, hay un clima increíble, en invierno, para los amantes del frío, Saltillo es la tercera ciudad capital más fría del país y puedes ir a esquiar a Arteaga que está a una hora de aquí. La zona metropolitana es grande y se encuentra trabajo muy rápido y fácil, además de que está creciendo exponencialmente y pronto será de las más grandes del país. Por otro lado, es una ciudad muy tranquila, puedes caminar hasta tarde sin problema, está en el top 3 de las ciudades más seguras de México. En fin, es un excelente lugar para vivir o simplemente venir, caminar tooodo el día por donde te plazca sin ningún problema, pasar la tarde en el centro, hacer lo que te guste, porque simplemente el ambiente de la ciudad es relajante. In Jalisco you always eat Tunas with lime and salt .... green ,yellow pink ,purple any color 😊Chamoy ? I don't think so never try them

Wait until you see the small colonial town of "Parras de la Fuente Coahuila", they have the oldest winery in the entire American continent and Thomas Edison was literally there. It is an hour by car from Saltillo

Vaya, no sé quién eres pero gracias por darle el visto bueno a Saltillo, realmente somos una ciudad infravalorada, hay un clima increíble, en invierno, para los amantes del frío, Saltillo es la tercera ciudad capital más fría del país y puedes ir a esquiar a Arteaga que está a una hora de aquí.
La zona metropolitana es grande y se encuentra trabajo muy rápido y fácil, además de que está creciendo exponencialmente y pronto será de las más grandes del país.
Por otro lado, es una ciudad muy tranquila, puedes caminar hasta tarde sin problema, está en el top 3 de las ciudades más seguras de México.
En fin, es un excelente lugar para vivir o simplemente venir, caminar tooodo el día por donde te plazca sin ningún problema, pasar la tarde en el centro, hacer lo que te guste, porque simplemente el ambiente de la ciudad es relajante. Gracias por venir, amigo. Viva Inglaterra y México. ❤

You missed out on eating cabrito (goat meat); a fritada de cabrito dish is delicious. You should also go to Pioneros for breakfast, and El Feligrés for a great steak. The mango-flavored Ramos ice cream is on another level! Don’t forget the Bird Museum, the Desert Museum, and El Chapulín. Enjoy the experience!"

kinda crazy, the stall where you got the Beef soup is the same one I would go with my boss for luch every friday, we would sit in the same table for "express service" as my boss used to say, I used to always get a pozole its so good. Such a great video.
