It's simple... M.O.P. signed at the wrong time. G-Unit fell off for a few reasons, The Streets did not respect 50s Masacre album it was soft compared to Get rich or die trying this lost him some credibility. G-Unit was corny the name was corny, the clothes and sneakers was corny and the slow jams was corny which lost 50 more credibility. Tony Yayo's album was complete trash, Young Buck's was bad to this further hurt the brand.The Game won the beef, The Game killed them he was the final nail in the casket. Then came along M.O.P. but it was to late by then G- Unit had fell off. The only good thing G-Unit had going for it was Banks but he never reached the heights he deserved. Lack of features and 50 refusing his artist to collaborate with other big artist and starting beefs with everyone did not help.
