May of 2016. The month that heralded the end of civilization. While it spread from North America to Russia in the same month, Russia managed to contain the infection for a whole year. It would eventually appear in Germany during the 2016 Oktoberfest. Then, in February of 2017, it spread to France. While there are no years on the notes in Greece, we can assume that it is Friday, May 26th of 2017 that Greece decides to go into a state of emergency. The infection had not spread enough within Europe in 2016 for it to make sense for Greece to declare a state of emergency. Also, as further confirmation, if you search up May 26th, 2017 online, you'll see it was on a Friday, while May 26th, 2016 was on a Thursday. Now that the starting date is established, let's get into the timeline of the fall of Greece.

they need to fix the bugged quests of bieng a main fighter in the forces because our only hope to finish the story is by that like if i remember correctly there is a task of resquing/infiltrating the hellenic base and reaching the high command given by colonel nicole while as u said finding the traiter also the vent that leads to the cell push this idea to be true

arid dead zones are easely explanable
1 the bunker one had like a realeaase of radiation from the sub marine wich explans why we need only a gas mask
2 fort knell is the only american foothold on the map which maybe was hit by a nuclar device or overrun and then the soviet shot it to stop the i,fected idk the map is a warzone and having a frickin nuclar luch explains why we need an entire biohazard suit for it wich indicates it was actually resent
for the rest idk i just hope they do a map collaboration or maybe revive rio santos joint because its the coolest regular deadzone we had and 4th coolest one
after 1 boubyan 2 elver deadzone 3 arid deadzone like ur feeling that ur entering a spooky/dangerous place unlike silo 22/oilrig/ailini/ypres/crahsed heli on yukon/crashed ufo on wahhigton/keres zone on greece/irland and france dead zones which are humane made(the cave on irland is actually really cool and makes sense beside the unmasked soldier which is dumb and the secret one on frozen irland in the far west south) pei not even having one wtf germany cologne is actually kind cool like seeing real nuclar fire but still the zone is small and having a spawnpoint neer it is dumb carpat lucklaster/op monsters boring deadzones cypres is just a copy of greece
sry for bieng long its just a frickin spent my entire unterned carrer on singleplayer because my potato pc cant run a multiplayer server without the need to leave

Well this a theory about arid of the lore
It’s seems to be a Afghanistan in elver universe With America Soldiers, and Soviet Soldiers after the infection reached Afghanistan somehow the Americans and Soviets had to contain the infection with Allies PMC’s and ANA soldiers but later fail
The deadzones
AG-19 had a gas leak since you don’t need a hazmat suit only a mask.
Fort Knell Attacked by unknown forces or the infected With bullet holes tank driven into the base, Shipping containers and shelf’s as temporary cover to fight against this unknown force
But who knows it’s just a theory but Rex will make the lore when he’s done

The jet and elver tank to me
I like the elver heli, it's basically just a normal transport heli but all the stats are extremely boosted and it doesn't immediately explode apon hitting anything

when i first played this map i joined the omega group cause its the first group i met and i didnt know about the whole faction thing but then i turned to the hellenic forces cause one of the initiation quest for the omega group was bugged
when it was time to catch the traitor i was not prepared cause i only had a scofield and a pocket knife so i was crappin my pants being chased by a hundred zombies and a mega in the maze sewers

Choose farmer side its the only one i was able too also u get 2 important answers that each choice have an impact like either we are doomed by zombies or situation under control and if omegas must be destroyed or spare them and try to negotiate
