wkyk lives on.
Amen to that
Oh shit!
RIP Trevor, your humor lives on in your fans 😭❤️🙏
❤❤❤❤
I was looking to confirm if that was him
Sam canonically being will’s dad is the best thing ever
The only cinematic universe that matters
Don't forget Will is a fictional character played by Jack. Jack does such an amazing job every time!
3:33 classic Sam scream
I haven't seen him in anything since wkyk
There's no Canon to a sketch show btw
Yessss Sam! Happiest surprise to see him in this sketch. He looks great after having fallen down an entire flight of stairs.
And not just 3 or 4 steps. Like all the stairs that go up the side of an apartment building.
Didn't recognize it was him till he screamed at Suzy then I had WKUK flashbacks
I heard he actually fell down an elevator shaft
IVE BEEN SAYING YALL ARE LIKE WKUK FOREVER THIS IS THE BEST
@@jmill7605 DONT - hes going to call you pissed off
Love seeing Sam here. Whitest Kids you Know is the all time best skit show. Respect.
RIP Trevor

did they ever really reveal what happened to Trevor? it's so fucked
That's the dude from Whitest Kids You Know!?? Bro what a fucking legend
Right?! Man, what a great casting choice.
Sam Brown. Legend ❤

Rip Trevor
I love how you had Sam riff for almost a full 5 minutes. Fantastic sketch!
So honored to have my dad play in one of your skits!
One of your dads*
ayyy i was in a dad fight sketch as a kid with bro on whitest kids you know if thats what your talking about
This isn’t your dad it’s the guy from The Whitest Kids You Know lol
@@billiemack64that’s his dad
@@billiemack64 that IS his dad, dude. wtf is your deal?
Seeing Sam in an Almost Friday sketch is the first thing to have brought me genuine joy in the past five years. I don't think I've ever been more excited
Agreed
It's like when Spiderman grabbed captain America's shield in Civil War
You will never accomplish anything significant in your life, you never will live up to your own expectations except by lowering them to a diminutive standard.

Good to see Sam again. RIP Trevor Moore, hope the rest of the guys are doing well. This really seemed like an official passing of the torch.
Zach directed the movie Barbarian if you haven't seen it yet, great movie
@@theBU3NOit is. It's just a bit painful that Trevor died just as we might've seen some more of the crew back together. It still stings. I've never been a fan of sketch comedy, but WKUK is fantastic.
I'll never forgive what the CIA did to Trevor.
I expected such a horrible turn of events and instead got an unexpected WKYK collab and a wholesome ending. I seriously love you guys.
The collaboration of the decade! So darn cool seeing Sam in sketches again. Personally I've always considered you the wkuk of the new age and now you've even proved it! The humor styles blend together so perfectly!
Hoping this isn't a one time gig and wishing best of luck to you lads with your sketch comedy career.
I love how the more you learn the more you realize his dad isn't embarassing, he's a genuinely disturbed man.
He's a pretty cool dude
I dare you to say that from the bottom of the 12-foot hole
This channel is steadily growing, and much deserved. Won’t be long before people aren’t able to call you underrated anymore, bc the sub count will be off the charts. This particular guest performance just cements that everyone, OGs included, recognizes the quality
I think you meant underrated. But yea I can see them going places too!
@@joostfloot5279 whoops yes, I’ll edit it
I loved Joel Haver until he got too full of himself (even though I know he's a funny dude and can absolutely do it) but I really dig these guys. Super high production value, extremely funny. Every skit feels like just a bunch of guys having fun (only writing the skit after a few beers and farting and laughing). Every single one of their videos is some dumb concept like, "oh dude what if you liked your crushes photo from 6 years ago?! - Could you call a service to help you with that? Oh! Maybe like a bomb squad tech or something lol!".
It's also actually funny. The skits are dumb on the surface but actually very well thought out and there's a type of humor there that pretty much anyone can watch and enjoy - it's a tad dark, though. Best comic has got to be Will, but I think Liam is a sleeper hit. Dude is funny just sitting there.
how is joel haver full of himself lol@@reidhanson4755
@@reidhanson4755why is haver full of himself
I really hope this continues with other cast members of WKUK. Chet is Zach's kid, Billy is Darren's kid, and Liam would be Timmy's kid.
Wow the visual effects on this video are insane! You couldn't even tell Timmy was playing the dad!
Timmy's acting as the dad and the beer pong table simultaneously deserves a Nobel Prize fr.
And the mom?
You guessed it, It's Darren!
No one had to break out the Necronomicon this time
That’s shockingly accurate. My dad always told the wildest most embarrassing stories (toned down from this but sadly not by much). For whatever reason when we started hanging out at other places my friends would always ask me about my dad and say he was pretty cool. Even to this day they always talk to me about things my dad told them or advice or jokes or whatever. They also speak so fondly of him from back then. Back then he was an addict and since my friends had no idea. They had never been around a real addict (nothing like the bullshit on ANY tv show) so they had no idea his eccentricity was because he was either buzzed, hungover, drunk or worst of all giddy because he was about to drink. He’s sober now but all that drinking fucked his head up and he’s getting old anyways. He used to be a great man and I always have and always will love him, but drinking made him stop trying to be that man. I think he drank himself to the point where he forgot entirely that he could be great and decided to just be good. Maybe that’s what why some drink, because they know the shoes that they wore in their youth are too big to fill now. Truthfully somedays it feels like the dad I had as a kid died before I could grow up. Now it’s left me stunted in this childish mindset of thinking the world should be a perfect place. It feels like the shoes I have to fill are infinitely small and yet far too big for me to walk in.
TL:DR I like when they let Will be a normal character it’s too cruel to put Jack Martin through that every week.
Thanks for sharing man 💪🏿
@adraino7345 Thanks for sharing brother- it'd be great if I could hear more about him, strung a few personal threads in my life too. My instagram is the same as my youtube handle
Oh you're welcome I was actually here to delete this comment figured it was too unpleasant to put out for people.@@XunlimiteD101
so if that's sarcasm lemme know and I will delete.
I feel that dude. Similar situation here.
Minus the sober part lol
Sam Brown supporting the next great generation of sketch comedy
As a a huge WKUK fan, this was great. Cant be surprised if Fridaybeers humor was inspired by these guys. Awesome skit
omg as soon as I heard that voice I knew exactly who it was. Not the crossover I was expecting but one I definitely needed Rip Trevor Moore you were a real one.
HOLY SHIT SAM BROWN?? What a legendary cameo man, WKUK was such an icon for skit comedy in the early 2010s
amazing how instantly recognizable sam's voice is
The cuts as he gets progressively more drunk are so good
What a cool dad! And I bet his wife was the most loveliest bride!
I love that you have Sam in this! WKUK was a huge part of shaping my taste in comedy, and I feel like a lot of what you do is a spiritual successor so this is great to see.
At 33 years old, I’m speechless of how many different perspectives this is relatable. I’ve been those kids, I’ve known that dad and thank god I’ve still got time to not be that dad. Without this video, in 16 years or so, who fucking knows. I’ll take this as a warning and thank you 😂
You didn't watch the whole sketch. You definitely want to be this dad
Sam is a fucking LEGEND! So awesome you guys got him for one of your sketches. Rip Trevor Moore
The fact you got Sam in blew my mind, what a collab!
Sam Brown fits into your crew so well, amazing pull.
WKUK legend, a true veteran of the sketch comedy game
This made me way happier than I expected. Sam and the WKUK was and will always be my favorite sketch comedy. Yall are RAPIDLY gaining on them though.
One of the most underrated/underSubbed channels on TH-cam💯These guys are freaking geniuses!! Hope that everyone has a blessed one🙏! Appreciate you all at Almost Friday TV!!
You guys have set the bar so high now I was waiting patiently for a huge twist about the dad at the end.
Sam is a sketch comedy legend! Nice seeing him after a while
Love all the jams playing in the background 😆 def adds realism
WKUK & the Friday boys is a perfect match. Happy to see Sam in a sketch again :)
When he said "I was there" reminded of me when Dubears was saying he "wasnt even there!" When Ms. McLaughlin called and started talking to his mom
BTW....anyone with a lot of friends knows a dad EXACTLY like this💯😂
Haha so true! I don't have any friends and I don't know a dad like this! 💯😂💯😂
@@Iifesteal if we become friends, maybe one of our dads will be like this
Did you just expose yourself as having lots of friends?

YES WKUK THROWBACK so pleasant to watch the greats usher in a new generation ❤
Holy shit you actually got Sam
this video is 4:30 minutes long but I swear to god it felt like its an hour long help
To me it felt like 30 seconds
SAM IS A LEGEND!! Hope to see more WKUK/Friday Beers skits
You guys are amazing. Definitely bringing me back to the glory days of WKuK. Seeing Sam just warms my icy heart.
It makes it so much better knowing that all the guys are sitting their doing their damn best not to laugh
It’s like my body knew it was time for almost Friday because I woke up moments after this was posted
Holy Sh**! Sam?! So good to see him again. WKUK will forever be one of the greats!!
Love this style comedy, pure awkwardness. The four boys need a full series based around college life. This is like The Office for 2023.
It's always trippy to see a channel like this at 200k subscribers when you know they're going to hit at least a million in no time. Makes me wonder what their videos will be like with more viewership and more money, could either ruin it or make it 100x better. Love this channel and the comedy you guys!
I love the color correction I love that you make it feel like cinema, just a little more lighting please I need to be able to see everyone’s facial expressions in a comedy sketch.
The subtle creed and stained playing in the background is probably the most accurate part of the sketch
Oh holy shit I lost it when we got the close-up on his face. WKUK molded my humor from childhood, man. The fact that you guys had Sam on is unbelievably cool, I love y'all
cant believe you guys got one of the skit comedy GOATS
WKUK! So awesome to see you guys collab. RIP to local sexpot Trevor Moore
Idk if this was intentional, but the ending music in this video was also played in the end of Good Will Hunting and the character in here is named Will…thought it was amazing and makes me love this channel even more
Amazing cross over! WKUK is the best, NEED to see more!! Trev would be proud
Bro literally got the legend himself to play as their dad I love this channel
Really glad to see Sam, been missing them a lot since Trevor
honestly thought it was someone acting as Sam at first, it's crazy to see him here. bloody awesome
Half of the reason college parents week was cool was because of dads like this.
The fucking Collab of greatness, you literally awoke my childhood with adding Sam
Sam Brown!!!!! Absolute legend.
RIP Trevor Moore
" The second I did that first line I was like , yeah this is dark " HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The perfect collab. You guys exude WKUK energy and I love it about you
Dude the old dad rock playing in the background makes this entire sketch 😂
Having WKUK in this skit is like some symbolic beautiful multigenerational event
Foo Fighters playing in the background make so much sense
Can’t click fast enough when I get a notification from Almost Friday💯💪
3:30 Perfect. Creed in the background.
My grandfather used to walk around in his underwear when my dad had friends over. He also ate raw pork sandwiches. He was an odd guy.
This feels like such a perfect passing of the torch.
When you said “dad” I did not expect one of the actual fathers of TH-cam sketch comedy to appear
They were on TV way before TH-cam
@@REAPER3fitty really? I’m pretty sure I remember them getting started on TH-cam before TV, based on the reminiscences they did during COVID before Trevor’s death. But they were still TH-cam OG’s whether or not they predated the platform itself
I love the accuracy of none of the friends saying absolutely anything in response, just letting the dad share his war stories
Not sure how you got my dad for this sketch but thank you for taking him off my hands for the night.
Also can somebody help me out of this 12 foot hole?
DUDE ITS SAM. As SOON as he spoke I was transported back to 2006 quoting WKUK with my friends in high school
good to see Sam again. that was awesome... such a cool dad!!! 🤣
These men are kings of comedy
Big move bringing in a certified grapist for a sketch
This made me so happy to see Sam in one of your sketches
There must be some mistake; I clearly read the title but I’m not seeing any of my friends dad’s in the video? Please get back to me, this is very concerning
"I was there!" is such a subtle and funny reference holy shit
Bro, is that tha whitest kid I know from WKUK?!?!?!
i just cant get over that bangin 1997 to 2006 soundtrack playing through the entire video
Sam Brown is the man!!! WKUK forever
What a great sketch. Nostalgia of the WKYK with Sam, the different music choices dispersed throughout video, combined with his drunkness progressing each passing minute. 10/10.
Sam from whitest kids?! I think you guys officially made it
rearranging the cups while talking is such a nice touch lol
DUDE this is the collaboration I didn’t know I needed
This was a hard watch. Loved it.
Love the late 90's early 00's alt rock sountrack for dad.
the passing of the TH-cam sketch comedy torch to the new generation 🔥
Almost Friday TV has reminded me of the new generation of WKUK since I saw the first sketch. So cool to see the crossover! Very cool.
This is the kind of torch passing I like to see. It's such a natural fit.
Love this sketch, reminds me of my own father. Granted, he didn't do anything as crazy as what Will's Dad did. But I think this encapsulates that crazy weird part of our parent's life, which they can't help but share, even if some of the stuff isn't 100% ok to do.
Yall have no idea how excited i get everytime a new video comes out. Yall are a hidden gem of youtube that needs to be shown to the world in a protective case.
Wow... I swear on my dogs life last night I was literally thinking how cool would it be to see a AlmostFriday and WKUK collab. A reunion for the WKUK guys alongside the next generation of sketch and this is what I wake up too 🤯 ...incredible, RIP Trevor.
This is actually what its like having a cool dad. For some reason, you cant help but try to hide him at first. You dont want people knowing he's way cooler than you.
This gives off so many itysl tim Robinson vibes I love it
I was just watching some WKUK sketches this morning, seeing Sam pop up in this definitely threw me for a loop for a sec. Real recognise real.
This channel is a gift that keeps on giving.
Sam’s delivery of “I was there” is awfully reminiscent of Timmy in the call of duty sketch saying “I wasn’t even there!”
I miss WKUK everyday lmaoo, keep holding the torch!!!
