stability :- relative and absolute , bode nyquist give relative , routh and root locus give absolute,
routh matrix : write all powers on left and alternaztely along horizontal line and then criss cross difference by divided by bottom number . write zeros on empty parts . If all elements on column 1 are positive system is stable and poles lie on left half of s plane.

If only first element is zero
Then replace it a quantity with an incrementally small variable tending to zero
Calculate lower components of first column and check stability
