As a paramedic- people call 911 when that happens brandon 😂 go to your cardiologist if you have one. Or call 911 next time so the medics can do an EKG to catch it and check your pressure. They can also check to see if it’s in a weird rhythm. If it’s a “normal sinus” rhythm but slow that’s better than a slow “non-sinus” rhythm. Then say you don’t want to go with them to the ER (but ask for a copy of the EKG). That way you have proof of it for the doctor. Low BP doesn’t always mean low HR, and vise versa. If your HR is causing your pressure to tank, that is when it becomes a more serious issue.
My husband has a low BP and needed a heart monitor test to figure out when his heart rate was going up or down ❤ he got a fancy diagnosis and was told he has a common deformity that causes this and to just watch symptoms and let him know if anything became concerning or changed. So please get it checked out!

Personal experience....at 6:50ish time mark I have experienced the same exact thing, eventually it lead to my left arm/shoulder having pain which was unknown to me that I was on the verge of my heart stopping....and when I would sleep my heart was 25bpm which I guess in medical field is considered a dead man's pulse. Eventually i was admitted to the hospital where I did die for a moment, but 1.5years after I had a pacemaker dephibulator placed,❤ which helped a lot!!! I know have energy back and can spend it with my now 3kids....you brandon helped me get through those years of my life and I'm very grateful for that I hope you will get to the bottom of your heart issues. ❤
Bradycardia is a low heart rate... anything below 60 resting. 40s is dangerously low, esp if experiencing dizziness or lightheadedness. Please see a Dr Brandon because you're family needs you. Too often young men ignore heart concerns that can be treated early. Plz take care of you! 🥰💙

My heart is the opposite. Im sitting still its 105. I walked to the park and my son went down the slide a few times it went to 172. I have been going easy because i just had a procedure yesterday and my tummy hurts. I go for a Bubble Echo Tuesday. You need to see your dr.

As someone with heart problems and blood pressure issues I'd talk to your doctor asap. They'll refer you to a cardiologist. When you feel dizzy like that get your body moving. That's the symptom I had first that alarmed me. I'd get dizzy while driving and felt like I was going to black out. Do not hesitate to get checked out. Get on track before it turns into something bigger. ❤ I'm on medications that help but I have a stress test ( walking, running on a treadmill while being monitored) and I have to wear a monitor daily for a month. Time to get healthy! We got kids to stick around for!

I really don't recommend that you keep focussing on what the watch says they are usually not that accurate and its completely normal for your heart rate to flacuate , also its normal for your heart rate to be bellow the 60 if your resting or an athletic person like athletics can have a resting HR of even thirty . However your dizziness could indicate a low blood pressure so maybe you could have tried doing some excercise or just eating something salty . I hear you say you have a leaky heart , do you mean a septal defect or what ? But either way you should either go to the hospital if the symptoms persist you should also get a sphygmomanometer there is these electeric ones that would give you the reading they are handy to have around the house so that whenever you feel dizzy you could know if its your bp or smth else. But even if you have low bp you should also wait 3 days and check regularly if it presist then go check it out. Mostly likely it is nothing scary and really there is noway to know the cause of the low bp without the reading and also aloooooot of things could cause low heart rate even some infections could so really there is no need to worry just see if persists then go to a hospital
As someone whos mother recently was diagnosed with chf and her heart is only working at 20%, please please please go to your doctor about any weird things like that. Especially since you've mentioned in the past that you have a leaky heart. Please take care of yourself 💜

Try adding salt to your diet and see if that helps, I have low blood pressure upon standing and get dizzy. The extra salt helps.

Talk to your doctor! My resting heart rate averages at 44 bpm and I was diagnosed with "athlete's heart" because of my increased activity.
