This is literally the kind of content I’ve been waiting for 😫 idk why coffee making videos are so relaxing but ugh I never get tired of watching you make coffee
I'm glad you're not using the electrical grinder anymore, I was sad because I grind my coffee too and I feel that step is probably my favorite because you're working a little harder to get some delicious in the end. Love your videos, seriously relaxing!
Thank you sooo much for this content! omg, this was in my recommended vids and i am really happy i came across it! i am watching this at 2am and i am craving a cup of coffee despite my needing to sleep but this is very entertaining and mellow
hello i am here to provide insight on my coffee making process! tl;dr - no it doesn't water it down because of my brew methods + bean choices! the long explanation: when i make coffee with a moka pot (the metal pot), it's significantly stronger than your average cup of coffee and makes a faux espresso. when i brew via chemex, i follow the james hoffman ratio for japanese iced coffee (30g beans, 170g ice, 330g water) and use a dark roast. the chemex recipe replaces part of the brew water with ice and ensures that you get a proper extraction of flavor with the 330g brew :) i also have a dark roast prefrence in general because i love the chocolatey flavor tones and stronger flavor - light roasts are a little too fruity for me and light (duh), and medium roasts are often times just not bold enough in the cup.

wow she made a whole compilation of her making coffee and I just sat here and watched while drinking coffee.... niceeee :)
For me the best part of coffee is the process, from the grinding, the extraction, the colours of the crema and the smell and into your mouth :---)
I love the natural sunlight coming through ❤️

@@hyelimchoi_ I watch James Hoffman too! I love his videos! But aren't dark roasts the coffee with the least caffeine?
Michelle Choi thank you ! That makes so much more sense!! 🤍
Never been this early!
I swear I thought I’d seen that you’d purchased an automatic burr grinder in one video!
Ah never mind. There it is in one of the later clips!
Is it just me or I thought it was a middle finger on 3:14
The ice waters down the flavor/potency of your coffee. If it's too hot, then just don't boil the water as long.
