Lovely video. The opening perfectly displays the calmness and beauty of diving the Red Sea. Can't wait to be back! Going to Elphinstone for the first time in November, excited!

video is AMAZING, I am a diver to and in 2 weeks I am also going to marsa alam! I am still looking for a good underwater camera, the first part in your video with the turtle, which camera did you use there? Do you have any tips for me for diving in Marsa Alam? Best regards

Thanks! Some parts are GoPro Hero 4 Silver, some Panasonic Lumix TZ41, both are excellent. You got to see Abu Dabbab, Shaab Marsa Alam, Marsa Egla, my favorites. But generally all dive spots have their own nice character! Enjoy your time there!

Great video , I bought the hero 4 black , is it smart to buy a red filter and wich one ? In 2 days I go to Marsa Alam.

Yes, I would buy one. I have the original GoPro filter which is made of glass (and thus more resistant than the cheaper plastic ones) and secured with a lace. To ease the handling, a hinged one is the in fact more expensive but better choice. For close distances, when you have a good torch, you don't need a filter, but for wideangle shots in deep blue water for example it really makes sense.
