मैं पहली बार विवेचना से निराश हुआ हूं। कश्मीर की स्थिति के लिए चुनाव में हुई गड़बड़ी जिम्मेदार हो गई। यह तो उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार में चुनाव सुधार से पहले कई स्थानों पर होता आया था।
चुनाव हारने वालों ने चुनाव आयोग से शिकायत नहीं की। जब संवैधानिक संस्थाओं में विश्वास ही नहीं था तो चुनाव क्यों लड़ा था।
