Some people just can’t help but shit all over everything. These 😢 types were born with projectile diarrhea. It probably is a “controllable disease”, but does take some discipline, to keep one’s mouth shut.
This is exactly the rig I hope to get after I sell my home Being single I need this type of dependability and safety. I wouldn't be able to afford this one but God willing, He will bring me the one He wants me to buy.
Hello, my name is Abdullah from the State of Kuwait By chance, I watched the video, and it was very beautiful and wonderful, and the explanation was excellent and simple I wish you a good life, safety and security Thank you my regards
This bus is gorgeous, especially the warm wood tones with indirect lighting. Bathrooms separate from showers is also a great idea. Another home run, Chuck!
Thought I would comment in case you haven’t watched this lately… Beautiful work, clear joy in the results, and passion articulated beautifully in the tour. Good work Charlie, I hope your heart and mind are doing well with all the big changes🙏
State of the art chassis, build, commentator and tour. Some lucky humans are about to go on great adventures in this gem . I have seen many bus builds on TH-cam , and this one and the guy with the red bus with the airplane prop on the front grille are definitely the best out there. 95 K seems like a bargain for such a great unit. Why can't all commentators of builds be as entertaining and comprehensive as you. Most are just horrible, and have absolutely no business being on TH-cam for any reason whatsoever. Exceptional video sir.
Wow. I watch hours of conversion videos and this was my favorite over the last 3+ years. It's so nice to see people with passion meet and create and save beautiful, useful, and lasting contributions to life. And I love the rig too, ;) I will never be able to take a trip in a rig like this, but having the opportunity to live vicariously through your adventures...... is just PRICELESS. THANK YOU for sharing every minute of your journeys! I am just dazzled by the skoolies and the huge tour bus conversions. I hope more will consider coming to see Madison, Indiana (on the Ohio River, outside of Louisville, KY.) We have a campground in our Historic Downtown, right on the riverfront, and another larger one, up in Clifty Falls State Park (5 mi up the hill from the downtown.) which hosted a mini trailer event this last spring. PLEASE come see us! We love to see conversions because we VALUE restoration and revitalization in Madison!! Thank you!
Wow another great build! Seriously felt like I felt like crying, I wanted to this bus so bad! I trust you as a builder because I've watched your videos. Everything so detailed, everything I would want in a builder. Your work meticulous and Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your work!
I think I could buy one and build it cheaper but it wouldn’t be half as nice as this. I really think this is a steal. If and when I am in the market, you can be sure I will be calling you. Good work my friend.
Even though this is an awesome conversion I wasn't going to say anything, but having a log folder documenting the bus' life is just genius.. . Good job!! 😎👍
Chuck you are Super Awesome. Thank You for Sharing your Incredible Talent with the World. You make it easier for your viewers who want to do a Skoolie Conversion to wanna jump right in there and go for it. You make them aware of the things that's ahead doing the Tiny Home Journey. I am just so pleased with your Channel. You are just one awesome dude. Thank You again for the great Tutorials that you Post. You're out Teacher and you're one hell of a Teacher. You explain things in a way that makes us (The Viewers) understand. Thank You
Very nice bus, probably not enough AC for me. My Prevost has 4 14,000 BTU’s On those 98degree days in August I need 3 running but I do like it cool. Great job on the conversion I really enjoyed the video.
RV companies should take notes of building their school bus strong like the old school bus companies used to build great RVs at one time ago wishing that they should bring them back I still will buy one of them cause it's where build right and don't fall apart either from what you are paying for these days
Thanks, your videos have made me decide to end pursuing a school bus conversion or scale back greatly but not because there's anything wrong with a school bus, but because it's is much more expensive than I was able to pay, the windows and the fact that to do one right, I at minimum need to remove them and install new paneling, also the comment you made about that they go round about 250k. I am still considering maybe a short bus to do, as the Bus is to live in for my last 4 years of work so I can sock away money for retirement. I am a very handy woodworker, good Auto tech, but have very little expirence in metal fabrication. I have scaled back my plans to a minimalist build in order to accomplish my priority which is putting a majority of my income into some kind of retirement savings plan. I think I get caught up in taking on projects which I consider a challenge or would enjoy the time doing the work and sourcing the materials for the build. You certainly opened my eyes to the thing that should be done to make the Buda quality job. Maybe I can find a buy a bus on the east coast and drive it to your shop and let you begin my journey with a window and door job.
First off...really nice conversion and very well maintained. Thx for sharing 😊 Secondly....I totally agree with it being dangerous not making up a contract for this...but (yes, the 'but' is coming)...I bought a house and made all agreements, on a handshake. It's indeed VERY rare these days but I think one can feel the correctness of someone. So important that ones word is binding as well. I'm 52...and next year I'm buyng a bus too. Planning out all the works & prices is as good as done and giving myself 3 years to convert is 🤞 Together with all your wisdom I've been seeing over and over....and over...again....I'm pretty confident it'll work out. Then it's off to Spain, Portugal & Italy. I hope the community here in Europe will become as tight as in the USA because here it's still in its baby shoes. Anyway...still following you and hoping your final own project will work out as you want. Cheers
Hi Chuck. Just a beautiful 🤩 build and work of art. You did a pro job tour and showed a van build that anyone wanting to get into this life would love to have. I’m sure that your customer wouldn’t have any problem selling this bus for top dollar. Sad day to see such great builder as yourself and crew leave a business that you have perfected. Will hope to watch you on your future travels no matter where they may take you. Take care, be safe.
Gotta say Chuck, I luckily fell upon your Page while deep diving Bus Conversions. With respect you've got that perfect Bob Ross/Vila vibe. Subscribed ✅
Nice vid.. one of the better ones from this "Chuck Cassidy" channel. It's a shame it's no longer very manufacturing active any longer. I especially like that Freightliner/Mercedes engine school bus conversion. It's well kept obviously in 'cherry' condition, wow! The regular oil analysis by Bob, speaks volumes about how well it was cared for.
That's one of the best conversions that I have seen, very nicely done, I love the paint job, as I am a painter, it does not look like a school bus anymore, and the interior is well thought out, with everything that you need including lots of storage. Most school bus conversions that I see, have loose stuff all throughout the bus, that can become projectiles in a collision, people really need to think about stuff like that, I work in a collision repair facility. I will also add that a bus is ten times safer than a sticks and staples, fiberglass motorhome. I have really been wanting an old GM charter bus, like a 4104, or 4106 with nice unpainted skins, hard to find these days, they too are about 35 feet long, even a single axle MCI bus, the huge bays on a bus like that, allow you to have enough room for all of your systems underneath, including a black tank, that would be a must for me, and a mini split AC unit, to keep the roof a little cleaner, and you will have at least one whole bay for storage, with a little storage in some of the other bays, and you can direct heat to the water bay, to keep your tanks from freezing, they have the larger pusher Detroit Diesel engine as well. But I may opt for a school bus, because the maintenance on the charter bus is probably twice what it is on a school bus. I love the older vintage school buses, like a Crown, but I believe the engine is midship, and under the floor, might be noisy, and a pain to service, but I do love the looks of them. Still searching for that needle in a hay stack here in Texas. Great job on that bus guys, absolutely stunning.
Absolutely Beautiful jus Love all your Videos. What an Amazing Conversion Outstanding Thanks for this post 👍🌿❤🌿 from Canada 🇨🇦 You an your Team are the Best...
Splendid work there. Absolutely beautiful. I am new to living in a motorhome because I am disabled and therefore on a rather limited income. The only trouble so far is prejudice against those of us forced to go a different path to survival. I don't know if they hate me because they ain't me or are just intimidated by my greatness (my brother gets credit for that line). 😮😅
I'm in love with this bus.. It's unfortunate that I cannot afford it... Wishful thinking and a prayer maybe one day my dream tiny home will come true...
Oh wow! That notebook! 💜 With the kind of person I am, that notebook would be a priceless addition for me. Unfortunately, it's not something every builder does. Humm... 🤔
Wow! Such a great build! Love the old vintage school bus look with the modern amenities. The Sienna seats were an awesome touch... Would've love to see that bus coming down the road to pick me up at my school bus stop many moons ago...😃 😂
An exceptional presentation of the inside and outside of the schoolie. Except for the roof. No one examines the roof and how it's holding up to all the penetrations of it!

Another great video, Charlie! What an awesome job on the bus, it shows that great work is worth the investment! Great advice at the end as well. Thanks for sharing!
it looks like a coffin I hate all the wood ..
I’m so sorry to upset your excellent tastes!
😂
Nice work, Chuck!
You're not buying it anyways.

That’s a Gorgeous bus.
I don’t care for gray, silver or black, but oddly enough I like that bus.
It's refreshing to see someone with such pride in their work, bravo
I could tell u have a lot of pride with that bus. It is spectacular. Such a nice story with the owner of the bus.
That bus had extremely clean lines outside and inside, it definitely stood out from all the others I have seen so far! Thank you for the tour.
Thank you dave!
Excellent job, the quality of the workmanship really shows through. I love the chrome rims on the bus.
Thank you very much!
Thought I would comment in case you haven’t watched this lately…
Beautiful work, clear joy in the results, and passion articulated beautifully in the tour.
Good work Charlie, I hope your heart and mind are doing well with all the big changes🙏
Life should be on a dinner.. ain’t that the truth!
This has to be one of the best conversations I’ve seen.
That bus looks like old money. I wouldn’t even want to guess the price!!!! It’s beautiful.
Beautiful rig. And you can tell that it's been exceptionally well cared for!😀👍
It was never used four thousand miles and four years is less than a hundred miles a month...🤔
State of the art chassis, build, commentator and tour. Some lucky humans are about to go on great adventures in this gem . Well heck, thank you for the kind words, and I have to agree with you about that!
What an absolutely incredible bus! I like how the owner has taken such excellent care of it.
We agree!
Highly recommended viewing to all that are thinking of living life on the road...Great work Chuck
Beautiful bus on the outside, love the way the doors are made and so secure. The paint and colors are perfect. Thanks to both of you.
I saw you on the TV Show Gutted, season 2, you're a celeb. :)
WOW it really does look like it was just finished. What care they took. Thank you for sharing this. Definitely something I needed to see! 💝

Aww that is seriously too kind of you, I really appreciate those words
I couldn't agree more on getting a good foundation. If the bus is no good the rest of the build doesn't matter. Keep the good stuff coming.
I think I could buy one and build it cheaper but it wouldn’t be half as nice as this. I really think this is a steal. If and when I am in the market, you can be sure I will be calling you. Good work my friend.
Thank you Gary!

Great bus with a lot of cool features.

My school bus was using the same power train and 6 years no problems in weather temp down to -24C 9.8 fuel economy was what I saw also

@@ChuckCassadyYT Has anyone done a rooftop garden in the summer on these buses? Totally just had that idea pop into my head today!??
