Great video! I've wanted to try those frozen breast since I saw your video last year. Called both our local butcher shops and neither carry turkey but one was taking orders for that style breast ($10.99/lb). I did order but really want to find an outlet for these so we can have turkey more often. Did you state the brand? I missed it if you did. We live in the upstate of SC. Looking forward to your Thanksgiving cook!
It’s the Ellington Farms brand who is the distributor. If you call our butcher, The Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola, they will ship to you. They ship these and anything they sell all across the country. The owner, Kevin Green was recently on the How To Bbq Right podcast and talked about this.
@@AbomAdventures Thank you! I'll look into it. Also, I've used a few brines over the years and I'm betting you have too. It sounded like you really like the flavor of the Hasty one. Just wondering if you could thought it was better than other brines you've tried. Thanks!
In your video, you said that you sprayed a little bit of water on the turkey breast. I was wondering if you tried a little chicken broth instead of water
Glad to see ya put a new video out. Was beginning to wonder if yall was done with youtube.
I love the cooking videos as much as the machining…keep it up 🤙
Need to go and have something to eat now 🤣
Wow! That looks delicious.
Glad your back! I thought maybe you given up on your channel! Love your food and travels! Watching in south central Kansas!
that TV back there tricked me....at first, I thought I was seeing a corner fire pit 6' off the ground....ha
I spit out my drink when you showed Coolio lol. Love it.
Your killing me Adam 😊watching you taste that turkey. Your like Batman, you have all the cool toys. Cooking or machining 😮
What is your opinion on the roughneck vs drums you use? Which is more fuel efficient and easier to maintain temperatures?
I always appreciate your wholesome kids, especially that they are non political. 👍🏻
Kids or Vids?

our butcher wanted $10 a pound as well, breasts were almost 4 pounds each. South West Ohio
Love your videos, but I must say I screamed WTF at the words "discard the skin"!
Why don’t you share the first piece with Abbey? You said how much she likes it. It would be a nice touch to remind us how you have fun together.🙂
You must have elephant size turkeys there in USA.
In here it would take at least 4 turkeys to have that amount of meat.
In your video, you said that you sprayed a little bit of water on the turkey breast. I was wondering if you tried a little chicken broth instead of water
Where’s the local store? I’m right over in Pace and need a container like that for my sous vide.
It's KESCO on Main Street in Pensacola.
@ Thank you!
Florida man refuses to pronounce the ñ. Try it with me: Holla Pain Yo
