  • Easy stealth set up for a camper car conversion by using Reflectix to make stealth windows.
We cut out Reflectix for our Toyota Highlander camper conversion and made blackout windows outside and fun colors inside that make all the difference for any stealth camper conversion.
Check out our other videos for car bed build and future improvements we make to our Toyota Highlander camper car.

Great videos of SUV conversion. I also own a Toyota Highlander and love it. Gotta catch up with your videos from now on.

I'm so happy I found your channel! I also have an '04 Highlander, and I find your guy's build to be perfectly simple and intuitive. I'm currently looking for a job and new apartment, but I'm kinda thinking of just doing this and living out of my vehicle for a while 😅
Are you guys living in it full time, or just using it as a mini RV for short trips?

Hello, I am heading out this summer in my highlander. Love this idea! My only questions is ventilation, does it get stuffy in there with all the windows closed? Thanks

So far, haven't had that problem. At night, the sunroof has been awesome, so if you have one then it really helps with ventilation especially if you have a small fan to help too. I think the type of weather might be the difference maker though, like a hot muggy Florida summer might be worse.

The spray paint bothers me. Fumes.
At an auto store I found black/silver sunshades. I should probably cut them to fit but I’m hesitant.

How are you keeping the rear window on the tailgate up? Mine keeps falling down.

Hey, we had to slightly over-size them, but they stay in well for us. Slightly over-sizing them helps us push them into the edges and corners and they've seemed to naturally hold in place that way.

Curious...what did you paint the other side black with? Did any of the color fade/come off with condensation in car over time?
