This week, we got bombarded with release dates, Season 4 is off to a stronger start than we imagined - anecdotally, at least - and we have a wave of finds and discoveries from Alpha to work through.

Mythic 0 is one of the best changes they’ve made in a long time. It has been so fun doing straight dungeon content without it being a completely different game mode to get some decent gear.
I want m0 hard mode as well. Something that drops hero track gear and is as hard as a +10 but with no timer or affixes. Maybe make it as hard as a +15 to compensate for no affixes. Like with the mega dungeon but with the other ones as well.
M Zero is easy compared to +2… omg i hate these changes so much.

Classes have been largely unchanged since legion. 4th specs need to happen, balance be damned.
I so want them to bring back the pre-Legion discipline priest spec.
Rename the current discipline spec as the Smiter spec, and have the bubble/healing spec be brought back as the fourth spec, Discipline.

Mythic zero is a pretty good challenge. Im a 475 prot warr. I think i could do +2, +3 just fine, but I love the current world tour

Yeah online everyone has 2,4k in pvp and m+20 is easy. In reality for most people its not, especially when you play without addons. People wipe in TBC timewalking normal dungeons.
So I am definitely what Holly Longdale would call a dedicated "midcore" player. I try to pug raids as far as I can go during a season (usually mid-heroic bosses) but I have always hated M+ because of the timer gogogo aspect.
It is absolutely no exaggeration to say that the new Mythic 0 changes have literally DOUBLED the amount of instanced content I can do in a season. It's amazing. And what's insane is that by the time War Within comes out with delves it'll be triple.
Holly really has been good for the game so far. I really like her drive to make the game better for everyone.
But can’t you only do m0 once a week then your loot locked ? However a +2 m+ is I finite replayability
@@Thrall966 Thats 8 dungeons man. And if you have any alts that you want to run. Well there is another 8. For a casual player thats actually a lot. A dungeon or two a night is what a lot of people have time for.

Finally got the tusks to drop for me the old fashioned way the other month. Will be maining warrior in war within now, and I can honestly say? I hope they add those bones. It’s a great transmog and 0.3% drop rate is just dumb.

MOP was the best expansion. The PvP community gonna stay there after MoP Classic and require an overhaul of retail reverting to the old UI and talents
World tour M0 has been so fun, doing it super undergeared with some friends has been a riot and we feel like it'll feel even better as we progress our alts and just knock these out each week for fun!
Personally I’ll try find a way to take MoP remix as slow and steady as possible. It’s not classic MoP but it’ll do.
If you prefer classic MoP, that will still be available.
Same, i dont want to go all fast, its not my way to play. When i come back from work, "fast" is the last thing j think about, i just want to relax, I love MoP and i know I will love remix too, though
Its not possible to go slow. If you would played PTR the nyou would know its absolutly insane faceroll across entire mod. Some raid bosses ltieraly just die in few seconds and during leveling you just one shot every mob.
Just wish the raids were easier to get into. I miss Legion, where I found it easy to not only get into normal groups, but be able to complete them - and even the odd heroic. Contrast with 15 minutes of applications and denials for this season. I hate the FOMO aspect.
As for Mythics.. I tried to pug an M0 Neltharus and the group fell apart on the second boss, so that was great for my group anxiety.
Second boss in Neltharus seems like a group killer for sure. I've run that, halls of infusion and ruby life pools. The neltharus boss seems like the easiest one to get stuck on.

The skill issue gap is getting wider as gamers get better and want harder content. I stand by not everything should be accessible to everyone, especially if one doesn't want to put the work in. It's like saying every mount should be 100% drop because we deserve it

It’s not surprising at all that the M+ completion numbers are up because people wanted to try the “new” difficulty. I do like that we can’t get relevant champion gear from M0 and timewalking raid. I wish they would keep making timewalking raids drop normal gear forever, it’s like a curve ball in the gearing meta
Great to see, I'd say the majority of the players (and past players) are midcore, most streamers but not all were more hardcore adjacent and they have the biggest soap box, the biggest voice. Which led to a more e-sport focused game, when I for one just want none-irreverent world content to do with others players and for WoW to become an MMORPG again.
I mean only WoW is doing anything right now. So Blizzcon would be ONE game.
Sucks though. Metzen at last year's thing was what got a lot of people jazzed again.
Who would have thought when the game is easier and more rewarding people will play it more =D I would like to have a go of Mythic dungeons on level 20 and 30 with no affix or timer just to try what it feels like?

I still don't know what MoP remix is, but I really hated that expansion, almost as much as I hate Cata. War Within better be a big step up for the overall game.
S4 is just fun , the classes feel really good . Only real complaint is M+ class distribution but I understand that's a hard thing to balance

You don't need a timer to define your success. I wish they would remove the timer from keys.
The reason there is a timer is so that dps matters. You can cheese it pretty hard if you're patient otherwise. That being said, maybe they would be well served by finding another way around these issues.
@@Junebug89 It leads to more toxic behavior. Knowing the cheese strats...skips. Make the timer an affix but focus more on completion and less about the race.
The real achievement would be getting your recording equipment to actually work during your live streams ;)

I have been saying this for years now. The timer and affixs need to go and they need to redesign Mythic Dungeons where it just gets harder for each level of key and we go back to LoS and CC the dangerous mobs that can one shot you. It has gotten out of hand where you can run a normal or heroic dungeons and the tanks pull a quarter of the dungeon. Then blame it on the healers for not healing when we wipe. Almost everyone has got in this mindset that all dungeons need to be a speed run pull as many mobs as possible AoE fest. Just by watching videos and reading comments the community is crying out for a change. Of course the final decision will be Blizzard but I pray they make the right decision.

They do not need to go, they need to be optional. Some of us like to do high keys, and they would be pointless without timers. From a gear perspective. they are already pointless. Some of us just want a challenge.
And I can also say, as someone who plays vdh, bdk, and gdruid almost exclusively, I love pulling whole dungeons when I do low stuff, and expect literally 0 heals. I tell healers not to heal me.
@@kalasmournrex1470 Sounds like you want your healer to just be a spectator, and not an active player, in the dungeon.
Sounds like the single player mode with npc bots for teammates would better suit your play style.
I love a challenge too. I just feel like the timer needs to go and affixs stay or affixs go and timer stays. They don’t need both. If they decide to keep affixs I feel they need to be a buff or debuff. Blizzard thinks they need to punish us. Why can’t they be good if we do it right and punish us if we do it wrong. For an example: Incorporeal can do actually what it does if we don’t cc it or interrupt it but if we do it should buff us for 50% damage and healing for 20 seconds. Afflicted same thing. If we dispel them. We get 100% haste for 10 seconds. Entangling if we get out of it increases our movement speed by 30% for 8 seconds. Raging has it since a lot of classes don’t have an ability to get rid of enrage. Have it make our major cd abilities comes off cooldown 30% quicker every time someone dispels. Just remove Volcanic, Storming, and Spiteful. Keep Bolstering, Bursting, and Sanguine just as they are. Just some rough idea they can change to whatever.
I do like the current M0, wish it was changed to reset in a day and not a week. Still wish the higher keys also had the timer removed. i think the timer puts pressure on groups and makes it less fun. I know not every one agrees with that but i know a lot of people that hate the timer and that is why they are not doing m+.

I saw a post the other day where someone said, Ion said activision got in the way of quite a lot of development stuff, Microsoft basically came in and said it’s your IP do what you want. I think the takeover has made a massive difference. They all look happy again and not stressed out.

MOP is hands down my favorite time in wow. That being said I could not possibly care less about any of these fly by night nonsense modes. Fix the game. Make a sequel for gods sake.
I couldn't wait to fight Raz again. It felt good to once again hear that guttural voice yell "DIE MORTALS!" while lightning crashes everywhere.
Regarding the M0 participation, I think this is show people just don't want to deal with the anxiety of a timer and difficulty is less of a concern.

I quit WoW back in BFA I came back last week to check out Dragonflight but the thing that pushed me more was MoP remix
Blizzcon would also be the weekend before Election Day so it does make sense for them not to hold it this year.

It’s been very exciting times to be playing WoW since Dragonflight launched and it seems to continue.
What about reworking DK's, they are the most desperate for a rework compared to any other class by a long shot.

The act of getting those reps is so trivial and takes no time. Whether you get it here or in retail it's quick AF
They are working backwards implenting warband reps. So starting with The War Within, then pretty quickly afterward Dragonflight, then BfA sometime in the future. They said its a priority, but will take awhile. So Pandaria reps are a ways down the line. TLDR; Eventually yes, but not yet.
All pandaria rep buffs are active.
The reputation in general is trivial to acquire.

watching the video, and i think your timings are a bit off
11.5 minutes is the video length, not including intro, add read, or patreon scroll. That's 76.5% of the video, and to be honest, I'd consider the intro to be an essential part of the video, which is an extra minute, bringing it to 83% (12.5 minutes). I think that's pretty reasonable.

Microsoft put the kibosh on it. There will never be an _official_ Blizzcon again.
That doesn't really make any sense. Blizzcon itself almost certainly nets a decent profit, probably not amazing, but it also serves to generate a hype cycle for blizzard products and helps build more of a community around them.

I get your point, but if those changes are good, and then if they don’t ruin them, then the game is just made better. If they do this enough then the game will actually be fun again

Arguments about Blizzcon24 are well funded but at the same time, like, with DF, i think TWW is gonna be unfinished af like DF was, simply because they can just keep adding and changing things later.
I think almost everyone would agree with this for once, we want to buy a finished product....
What about DF was unfinished? I subbed for all of it and everything seemed to release pretty frequently and if anything was broke it was dealt with in a very healthy time frame compared to any previous expansions.
