Hey man, I got a question for you. I am using the dmx wireless, chinly and I think it’s dropping signal I already have my moving heads program and every now and then they just go out of whack and start doing its own thing
Look at your movers and see the default behavior when dropout occurs. Usually it's blackout. I personally haven't had any issues with the Vangoa or Donner transmitter, which should be identical to the Chinly.

What I am not seeing is the ability to set that "2nd fixture" (and 3rd and 4th) to a different color and control it *independently*. Currently, you have the transmitter's color matching a receiver's color. Fine, BUT, can those two (or more!!) fixtures operate *independently* when going down the Wireless DMX route using one (1) transmitter? To reiterate and clarify, this set being reviewed operates 7 fixtures ***together*** --as in synced with each other, ONLY. Can anyone assist me with this? Correct me if I'm mistaken? Thanks!!!
Hi Matthew! Usually you want a single transmitter on a single color (let's say red) and every other fixture on red as well. The addresses that the fixtures are set to is how you can control them independently.
In the advanced case of having multiple DMX universes, you want to have a unique color and unique transmitter for each universe you want to control.

I was excited to use wireless DMX, but it's not exactly wireless... you still have to plug in each piece to an outlet. Sometimes adding even more wires than before. What's the advantage of using wireless DMX then?
You don’t have to run dmx cable with these and many lighting fixtures have an outlet on the back, so it works out.
