In regards to your water bill, Just simply put a meter below your shut off valve and take pictures of the meter at the beginning of the month and the end then compare to what they are charging you, Once they are busted then they will see that round eye isn't so stupid and is watching big brother closer than they think.
Living here in a remote province, I get my wife to handle dealing with the utility companies, then the “white guy” factor never comes into it. I always pay local prices with her doing everything like that.

Myself we use to take showers under big lister bags .you were only allowed 60 seconds with the slow drip...You have to adapt you never know when your water truck will be ambushed and you go without a shower for 3-4 weeks. :0) You have a great looking family and Krissy has a great smile and speaks English very well..Soon you should help her with her own channel

Our water bill averages 400 p = 8 dollars per month for 3 adults 2 kids and includes our laundry . Our 5 gallon drinking water is also about 400 p per month.

They should have some kind of ticket deal the chickens so you buy 5 tickets for 1000 (so slight discount) then change wouldn't be an issue.
