@@nitkonikada9892 NYC. I was at Goatwhore at the Gramery Theater right in front of Sammy for the show the other night. They were freaking excellant! Blew me away. After the show Ben came down to the blockade and signed auotographs and took pics. I got one with him. He was a totally cool dude to everyone. I didnt want the show to end.

@@CorpseGrinder1967 I have known Ben for some time. He IS a real cool dude. In fact he is the one that introduced me to Sammy. I am an Acid Bath fan and have been for a long time and never noticed how short he is. lol Sammy and Ben play pranks on each other constantly. Sammy got him good one time. At the end of a show (cannot remember where) he pulled out a shrunken head and puked on it. The entire band including Ben got sick as hell because it was hot as hell in the club they wre playing and the stench was horrendous.
This is quite possibly one of the most metal songs ever recorded, holy shit.

I remember back when Acid Bath was still together this was Sammy's side band, they were just a three piece at first with Sammy doing the vocals and Ben was still singing for Soilent Green. I got to see Goatwhore play with Deathangel and Crowbar a couple of years ago, it was a kick ass show.
Kicked it with Sammy at the bar after their set. That guy is so fucking dope
I did not know any of that. I found Acid Bath back in I think '96 and I never saw them live. Then I learned the bassist passed away or something and he was related to another member so they broke up. I thought this band came after. I never would've thought any of this was written during the Kite String or Pagan Terroristic eras
The music scene in New Orleans from the early to mid 90's was the best! I miss those days. I'd be out until the sun came up catching shows on both sides of the river with my gf blowing up my beeper wondering why I wasn't home yet lol

Ben is just freaking awesome. I've at least said hello to him every concert I've attended. Starting way back in the 90's in San Diego, with Soilent Green. He is always sweating his ass off in the merch booth. This song sounds more thrashy, but still decent.

But there is something about this band.
They are Metal as fuck. straight forward, in your face, no bullshit metal, with an attitude. And I have been a fan of these guys since I discovered them. I want to discover more bands like these guys.

I just love how this band doesn't try too hard. They just write groovy heavy fucking thrash metal.
I liked them more when they were more Black/Death oriented, but they are still good now
They have always had a strong Punk influence too. You can hear it all over this song. But i wasn't expecting the old school metal vibe they went with for this one. Worked great.
Trug0d Yeah took me by surprise i looked at the track listing when this track came on needed to make sure it was actually Goatwhore but i really love this song and the whole album as well.
Saw them like last week and they ended their set with this song and it was incredible! Ben hopped off stage and was moshing with us in the pit. It was a sight to behold! Hail Goatwhore!
Coming back, I remember seeing their name mentioned along with Skeletonwitch in some TV series on Netflix awhile back. Curious, I looked up their music along with Skeletonwitch. Along with hearing Slayer from Guitar Hero, my passion for metal was born. Such a nostalgic song for me right here :,)
damn these dudes are as sick as I remember. played a show with them a few years ago and I remember clearly how dark and heavy they are live and the bassists back up vocals are so fucking deep&brutal live.
I started listening to goatwhore since the serenades to the tides of blood and The Eclipse of Ages into Black. What a difference if you've ever listened to those albums!
