My family does not agree but when they do I will sell my house and move here, In sha Allah. This is the future. Buy a 3 bed for your family and a studio apartment near it for working. This trend will only increase. This is far better than building a mansion with tonnes of issues and hassles. These concepts have evolved over several decades. Alas we are 50 years behind. It might be a huge step for some but in the long term it will take off. As a graphics designer myself I am impressed with this building. I have yet to see anything close it it. Some look more opulent and are more expensive but this one seems simple, neat, spacious, cozy --- all at once. You have upped the ante for others in the market. People like you deserve recognition at the highest level. The country will not develop unless we give civilian awards to people like you. All the best luck. I'll try to visit your office.

Boss the biggest lesson from vertical living is that you have more people (& consequently more vehicles) in small spaces. So you actually end up clogging the streets even more.
The solution is to spread living to smaller cities and DEVELOP THEM, as opposed to contesting a handful of places. Common sense (& hadeeth too!)
