Its easier said then done. Some calamities shake your entire existence.
Depending on your level of attachment to dunya, sins etc the more one suffers
The less sins and less dunya someone has the less he suffers
Everyone suffers but some suffer less and are granted contentment and a expanded chest
And some are punished with constricted chests due to their doings
Allah does not burden someone more then they can handle
Ya akhi please refrain from mentioning mental disorders when making this point. Just because someone suffering from mental disorder doesn't necessarily directly correlate with lack of faith. Some of these are present from birth and the person don't have control over that. Please don't add to stigma, that is causing people harm. Everything else was very well said though, jazak Allah khair
How about u ask him to stop posting completely since there are sensitive people for each department in this life? Ya akhi any problem whatsoever will only be handled well with strong faith, whether you are born with it or not. Any problem might lead to mental health problems, now it’s up for a person to understand that faith is the solution for each and everything or act sensitive.

Should people also feel attacked by the fact that Allah mentions the blind in this way (see below)? But Allah means the blind as to the signs of Allah. So please do not be sensitive for everything. The one that is faced with something, he knows whether it is because of his lack of imaan. In todays age every tom and harry has a mental illnes. This is what he is talking about. Ofcourse people are born with illnesses, no one is talking about them. And Allah is the Most Just
