Great video and open discussion about the issues to overcome! Great work team! 😊
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it!
Serious power right there! It’s going to haul!
it sure does
Nice work sounds mint.
Very nice! Series 4 turbo rotors?
no still using the fd rotors
I also have a Pulsar G42, what rear housing does this have?
1.28 rear housing
You have a few builds using pulsar turbos. Have you encountered any issues?
Nice build. I think your air filter is too small.
suprisingly it actually made the most power with the air filter on
im guessing its becasue it was not sucking in hot air tho
20:05 the wastegate merge is a horrible design flow wise. You have exhaust flow from the gate and downpipe fighting each other at the merge. Id bet money if you ran an open wastegate dump just for test purposes, the back pressure problem would disappear. If you're going to keep a recirc gate setup, you need to make a new downpipe with better wastegate merge design. That wastegate recirc pipe is basically forcing the gate exhaust back up the downpipe and creating the back pressure
yes that's exactly what we did
@mrenforcerengineering642 good to hear! Did it help the back pressure issue any?
