If you would have told me a year ago my favorite artist would be a Nigerian and he would have a COUNTRY song that would be on the charts for 19 weeks…I would never have believed you. Probably the best version of the song I’ve seen. Band was on point and he ATE up that stage. One of the first times I’ve seen the crowd matching the energy. So happy for Shaboozey!
He rocked it here. But two of my favorite performances were at stagecoach. His song had just started blowing up the charts and you could see so much excitement with him in the crowd reaction. And then cma fest. He starts out ok, I think he’s overwhelmed by the amount of people there and singing his song. Then he finishes strong to a wild packed stadium. I know dude has put in work for years. Great to see it paying off and him having the time of his life
Obviously he learned to do some of those little country cowboy dance steps with it, I bet his agent told him to learn how to do some country dancing to go with it! I definitely love his outfit, I love his energy he's a lot of fun to watch really different, good looking in a wholesome kind of way too

He sounds great live and has a good band. He looks good in the leather ensemble. But damn thst is the biggest piece of turquoise in a bolero tie I have ever seen! 😮.
Love this song, there is some quality of sadness or melancholy it evokes rather than just “party” or celebration… maybe it’s something about the fiddle and his voice tone. Definitely hits deeper in a good way tho rather than just an empty catchy tune.

Never heard of Shaboozey but his performance on yesterday's SNL was superb. SNL has always tried to keep the material comedy fresh and updated and, of course, it is a real challenge to keep track of all the actors and guests and the timing of all the skits.

Seeing not only this phenomanal performer, but also a man of color be this talented while not just spitting out random words fast and disrespecting anyone is truly admirable. He has such a great stage presence that put my 15 year old self to my grandparents in tears. I'm so proud of him.
