Wow, a Brewzle bourbon hunt with exactly zero bottles purchased. Is that a first? Glad I don’t live in Delaware, that was a depressing hunt. At least everyone was very transparent about the allocation situation there!
That pick for Devin really helped push his boundaries (hopefully in a way that he ends up being cool with) and I think thats always a cool thing for people wo are trying to get in and see what its all about.
DE is so hit or miss. Right place right time. Better off in MD and NJ. I got a Coy Hill for 99 and 2 Blantons Gold store picks for 129ea and a WT 70th for 45 yesterday at Roger Wilco in Pennsauken, NJ
Crazy, Yesterday my Local NY Liquor store had WELLER SR, 107, 12Year, and Full proof all sitting on the shelves at good prices. I bought the 107 at $67! they had EH Taylor single for $99 which seems a little high, but its there and they had 6 bottles!
Thanks for the heads up on the John J. Bowman Single Barrel, before watching your channel I had never heard of it, now its one of my top 3 favorite bottles I have.
I'd have been extremely happy to show you around in the Northeast area of Maryland but hunting in "Wilmington " (about 30 mins away) is not a good hunting area. So bummed I missed a chance to run into you. Great video, love the commentary.
Word to the wise just get it EZ Pass transponder mine from NewYork works almost anywhere. It’s much easier than getting tons of toll receipts in your mail which are hooked to fines if you don’t pay it in time.
Tj im from Delaware. The better stores to hunt at will be in the lower part of the state (Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany) more stores also. Swigg employees were right all allocated stuff goes to restaurants first before going to stores. If you’re ever back in Delaware down south go to Bethany Blues for bourbon and bbq! Very LARGE bourbon selection at that restaurant.
Wait until you get to PA and you hit nothing but FWGS Stores. They all have the same thing but the good thing is that when allocated stuff comes in, you pay MSRP....if you can wait in line
I don't drink often but if I decide to it has to be at least a decent bottle for me to sip I don't drink to get intoxicated I do to enjoy the drink I can spend $100 on a bottle and sip it for 8-10 months unless I'm sharing with someone which isn't often 99% of the time it's just me my wife and children at home and she hates bourbon and I hate cheap bourbon so it works out
Thanks for hitting my hometown, Delaware! Wish I could have ran into you. Bourbon selection is rough, but our selection for tequila, scotch, and rum is pretty good! Swiggs is impeccable. Love that shop. Concord Pike Liquors is also pretty good place.
last week saw a few allocated bottles over secondary, asked if I could negotiate if I bought a store pick or 2 and owner said yes. OF birthday bourbon their negotiation was marking it down to $900, tried for the Jack 10 and 12 and those were negotiated down to $300 and $329 lmfao I passed on everything it’s crazy, think there should be like a cap on this somehow it’s a bit ridiculous
Old Elk Double Wheat is SPICY. I’m super disappointed about it. For a state with limited allocation, they have KC12 and Disco 12 just sitting on a shelf. That ain’t bad.
When you come to Philly, I know all recipes of 4 Roses are currently in circulation. PA in general are all Fine Wine & Good Spirits, but some stores are premium and "more" likely to have nicer stuff. The nice thing is when stuff like Blanton's comes into town, if you can get it, is sold for around MSRP. I was able to get a bottle for $67 dollars pre-tax. The non-premium stores may have some nice finds, but it becomes more of a crap shoot. Best thing is there are a lot of stores in the city so you can hit a bunch up. EDIT: The super premium bottles are part of the PA lottery system and only happens 2 to 3 times a year and requires a PA address to participate.
I hope to see a Connecticut hunt in near future. We have a few local bottles would like to see your opinion on. Would be an honor to be your local guide .
Got that Dogfish Head straight whiskey for $15 on clearance at a liquor store in NW Indiana. At $15 it’s a steal. It could have more proof, but surprisingly viscous, and a unique flavor with the barley. Went back and bought 2 more bottles after trying it.
Bro thought he was cooking with his bourbon “knowledge” lol 😂 I don’t expect you to know all the things, but the basics are a minimum if you work at a liquor store.
Philadelphia/PA won't be much better. We can only buy at Fine Wine Good Spirits, all the good stuff is lottery online. New Jersey is a good place to hunt though, liquor stores everywhere...
That second store with the cash only signs on the marked up bottles was red flag city, its practically begging the IRS to swing by. Smells like lined pockets.
Man i hear so many diferent ways that "allocation" is distributed! They could all be true and they could all be false. But i think its just distributors holding out and screwing everyone over.
I have a video idea the next time you're on a bourbon hunt whiskey hunt bring your wife and your son tell your son to grab a bourbon tell your wife to grab a whiskey then you judge their selections I think I will be awesome
lol…. No special treatment for once no matter how much begging he does… back room access at other stores, owners on the phone, throwing TH-cam channel around, etc... Doesn’t purchase a single bottle
Brewzle’s Fall Merch Drop is available 10/19. Peak the new shirts, coasters, and more here: www.brewzle.com
Finally a bourbon hunt like the ones we go on 🤣
Wow, a Brewzle bourbon hunt with exactly zero bottles purchased. Is that a first? Glad I don’t live in Delaware, that was a depressing hunt. At least everyone was very transparent about the allocation situation there!
Get ready for sticker shock when you hit jersey. 🤣
That pick for Devin really helped push his boundaries (hopefully in a way that he ends up being cool with) and I think thats always a cool thing for people wo are trying to get in and see what its all about.

24:35 I laughed when you called the employee out.
Pipe Dream and Russell's 10 are two of my favorites for under 60 bucks.
"pot still is floor whiskey, as it deserves to be" hahahahahahahaha
I saw a Penelope Cask Strength yesterday. Should I go back and grab one? Only had 2 and didn't know if it's good or not :)
Crazy, Yesterday my Local NY Liquor store had WELLER SR, 107, 12Year, and Full proof all sitting on the shelves at good prices. I bought the 107 at $67!

What store in NY?
Thanks for the heads up on the John J. Bowman Single Barrel, before watching your channel I had never heard of it, now its one of my top 3 favorite bottles I have.
Farmer and the Cow has a very good selection, great burgers, and even better service. They make you feel like a friend from the first time you go.
The most budget friendly hunt to date!
I'd have been extremely happy to show you around in the Northeast area of Maryland but hunting in "Wilmington " (about 30 mins away) is not a good hunting area. So bummed I missed a chance to run into you. Great video, love the commentary.
Wilmington Delaware in the house !!!! Idk what made you come here but ayee
Word to the wise just get it EZ Pass transponder mine from NewYork works almost anywhere. It’s much easier than getting tons of toll receipts in your mail which are hooked to fines if you don’t pay it in time.

Very LARGE bourbon selection at that restaurant.
Farmer and the cow for sure is a great burger spot and has any whiskey you can even get in the state
Immediately walked out after guy said has to be made in “bourbon county Kentucky.” Technically though….
Bourbon county is a dry county in Kentucky too lol
Good call on the Pipe Dream. Great CA bourbon.
Wait until you get to PA and you hit nothing but FWGS Stores. They all have the same thing but the good thing is that when allocated stuff comes in, you pay MSRP....if you can wait in line

14:06 there was a bottle of Edradour 10 years. That is made by the smallest distillery in Scotland. Very good bottle.
Good eye! And great info, we will have to keep on the lookout.
Milk Street Murder Bourbon is fantastic out of Jersey. Also most anything from Claremont distillery.
It's wild to see the difference in pricing. Thank you for the upload. Weekend off to a great start.
Tough area, any good store by us saves the allocated items for annual raffles. The rest sell at crazy mark up
12:45 empty Hill Farmstead bottle 👀
16:36 Good luck getting a res at Dorsia.
Thanks for hitting my hometown, Delaware! Wish I could have ran into you. Bourbon selection is rough, but our selection for tequila, scotch, and rum is pretty good! Swiggs is impeccable. Love that shop. Concord Pike Liquors is also pretty good place.

Can't wait for you to hit PA to see how you manage with good ole FWGS!!!
Old Elk Double Wheat is SPICY. I’m super disappointed about it. For a state with limited allocation, they have KC12 and Disco 12 just sitting on a shelf. That ain’t bad.
There's a few good stores over in NJ not too far from DE that are worth checking out.
24:35 the bourbon county thing is wrong. The only location requirement is that is has to be from the US.
Man! Missed out big time on the scotch section in Swigg!
Yup and it was a called shot.
If you go to Philly, check out New Liberty Distillery / Kinsey
I think the Redwood Empire Grizzly Beast (their own distillate) is delicious.
I love frank august. You gotta give it a try sometime.
I know where everything is at... Every good store every bad store all the hidden gems
Great pick for Devin... I have the cask strength in pipe dreams and love it!!! Devin was on vacation ready to turn up
Wilmington Delaware in the house !!!! Idk what made you come here but sure
"Everything desireable, everything Buffalo Trace"
Brewzle coming to NJ?! If you need someone to take u around I’m your guy! 😅

Delaware has low/no taxes, and isn't a control state. Wilmington is right across the river from Philly...huge pop, control state. This is why.
Montana would be interesting for hunting. Good call on the downtown area.
AYYY WELCOME TO DELAWARE
Tough hunt, TJ, but still good content. Keep em’ coming!
New riff is the only answer
Only support good business's! Need to hold these stores accountable for there prices
Green River Full Proof is a must have.
Got to love the state of Delaware and no state sales tax. Saw a Disco 12 on the shelf in that last store.
I hope to see a Connecticut hunt in near future. We have a few local bottles would like to see your opinion on. Would be an honor to be your local guide .

For the $41 they are asking, I’d probably still buy one. The bottles I got at $15 were marked down from $60, which is too high imo.
It's worth 40 but you know that TJ won't drink anything that says barley or has a picture of barley on it.
The RE Lost Monarch is a bourye.
Yea no I’m from Wilmington and you made the correct decision not opgoing to the bar with a full truck. Can get dicey QUICK in that area
After watching your most recent live stream, I think we all know the perfect hotel sponsor 🎉😂🎉
TECHNICALLY 🤣🤣🤣🤣
5:53 Can someone explain how Hansel and Mugatu are featured on bourbon bottles??? What's next, Ricky Bobby and Cal Naughton, Jr.???? Shake & bake!!!!!
Location for sure makes a difference on pricing.
Bro thought he was cooking with his bourbon “knowledge” lol 😂 I don’t expect you to know all the things, but the basics are a minimum if you work at a liquor store.
I would've loved to meet up. I work in Wilmington. missed a couple good stores
Did I see a Weller 107 on the shelf of 1st store and TJ not acknowledge??
Yep
189.99 would make me pass too
I enjoy watching these videos, I'm not a big whiskey drinker but I do drink a little. I like bird dog flavored whiskeys
Making sure to never go bourbon hunting in Delaware. That was sad
If you plan on coming to New Jersey I would show you around
Get to pick up an Eagle Rare 10 for $38 thanks to the NH lotto. $70 in Delaware. No thanks.
Have you been up to New England at all?
Prices look a little better when they're tax free 👍
Looked like one of my bourbon hunts…lol….
That’s awesome to see brewzle in Delaware the bourbon market here is honestly a disaster
Brewzle, your love of Proof may limit your love of Scotch!
Come back to Atlanta and I'll be your guide
Philadelphia/PA won't be much better. We can only buy at Fine Wine Good Spirits, all the good stuff is lottery online. New Jersey is a good place to hunt though, liquor stores everywhere...
That second store with the cash only signs on the marked up bottles was red flag city, its practically begging the IRS to swing by. Smells like lined pockets.
Head over to the Dogfish Head brewery. Good Suds 🍺🍻
Yep, welcome to Delaware......
When is the MD video coming out??
Next week
Man i hear so many diferent ways that "allocation" is distributed! They could all be true and they could all be false. But i think its just distributors holding out and screwing everyone over.
No accent in Delaware?
Worst place to hunt? Guess you forgot about your Utah hunt. 😂
You should go to a duty free
solid video, enjoy you makin the best of the situation here! Always enjoy your content! Memphis thanks you sir
How???? Did you pass up on a Weller
A antique 107 at that on first store
@@SwagInc-yh8nr it was about 100 dollars too expensive. $189 is ridiculous
I have a video idea the next time you're on a bourbon hunt whiskey hunt bring your wife and your son tell your son to grab a bourbon tell your wife to grab a whiskey then you judge their selections I think I will be awesome
Why get a hotel sponsor when you can get an RV and never have the excuse of not enough room again
Another thing. If your store is selling a ton of fireball, does that clientele really want a high-priced, allocated whiskey? Really?
Hit me up if you come to Connecticut.
Go back and get that Eagle Rare and send it to me.
not worth that price
I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Wilmington, DE honestly. I was there 2 years ago with my band. Very sketchy city.
🍻🥃
16:37 and the editor failed to edit in an American Psycho reference? Smh
It’s 100% not your fault, but this is probably the worst hunt video in channel history
lol…. No special treatment for once no matter how much begging he does… back room access at other stores, owners on the phone, throwing TH-cam channel around, etc...
Doesn’t purchase a single bottle
@brewzle you were only about 2-3miles from one of the best stores in that area for bourbon I frequent a lot. Krestons
