Hi. The pattern looks great! Im not the most experienced crocheter but im thinking of using a chunky wool with a 6.5mm hook. How much wool would i need for this pattern? Thanks :)
For the green color, I believe I used most of the Loops and Threads, Impeccable skein, which has a yardage of about 285 yards / 260 meters, so I would recommend getting at least that much yarn to be on the safe side. Hope that helps! Chunky would look so cool!
Hey this is a great pattern except i want you to know there is a mistake in the written pattern. for round 52-53 of the body it says hdc in next st then sc in next 8 st. which is wrong and it could’ve messed up my project if i didn’t check the video, thanks

Hi it means you will do the same pattern for each round. So in this case, you will do 1 single crochet stitch in each stitch for both Round 7 and Round 8. Hope that helps!

What’s the purpose of the half doubles down at the tail? What if our don’t line up with how yours do?
Hi, the half doubles help the tail curve a little. So don't worry about it lining up or not. It'll be fine!

Yes maybe you can crochet something like an oval and then embroider a slit for the eye. Just experiment!

Please do it slow down. I'm a beginner and I just can't understand how you do that so quickly.
If you want, you can set the video speed to 0.5 or slower, ot you can even pause the video after each round.
I hated a blog you had the stitches here are different. Very confusing
