    Nice work. The machine is very impressive. If you don’t have one, maybe you need to invest in a work table versus hooping large designs on the floor. Or I guess it might have just been convenient for that question.🤷🏾‍♀️

      I have one in the next room. I’m just lazy. Didn’t feel like moving the camera then moving my lighting. Just cutting corners where it isn’t really needed. As long as I can get the point across the table don’t matter. Got a flat surface you can do it anywhere.

      Yo Dubb you wanna know what's crazy? Just about every new piece of equipment in the business from DTF to DTG seems to start at 25k That's cool.. Oh what was the name of those sites you used to buy your Ricoh 1000, because if I could find some 330TX for 7-8k I would cop.

    Hello do you have any classes. I’m working with a ricoma em 1010 and I’m having challenges with getting my design centered for hats. Can you make videos on the system and settings.

    What would you recommend setting the cap frame dimensions as? To make sure the machine isn't out of frame?

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  ปีที่แล้ว

      I recommend tracing before you embroider. If it’s to big make your design smaller till you find a size that works for you. I’ve found that what works for me doesn’t work for everyone. I think that different people are on different skill levels with these machines. Your boundaries and what you can and can’t do and what you are willing to try will increase as you get more familiar with your machine. Everyone’s design size is gonna be different. You have to adjust and line things up in the software and measure your cap with a measuring tape to see where the image will land. Then trace once in the machine.

    How can I setup my ricoma TC1501 to do this? setup the parameter area the same or am I going to hoop it completely different with a whole different setup? my machine is yours but the smaller version so it might work but I haven't seen ANYTHING about it

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wish I could tell you but unfortunately I don’t have that machine. Not sure if it has the same embroidery area. I’m pretty sure it might. Idk. You have to change the embroidery area parameters for the hat hoop. Make it wider. It’s in the settings of your machine. I have a video on it but I’m not sure what I called it. I’ll try to find it for you.

    What is the largest height the Ricoma 1501 can do? I’ve been keeping it about 3”. Will this cause it the loose connection or time out?

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All embroidery machines can go as high as you need it to on a hat. What determines if it will work is the hat not the machine. Some hats are deeper than others. Some hats have little to no room in the front. The machines can’t change that. I like to keep my designs about 2.30” if the hat is deeper then the arm can move around and will not hit the top of the hat, in cases like that you can choose to make your design bigger.

    • @MrCrash72s

      @@adubbproductions Thank You, mine has been giving me communication time out, check the connection. I will try the same program but smaller to see if it the program.

    What’s the most percentage you can go up to make lettering big on hats?
    Thank you

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      My software doesnt measure by percentage. I go by inches. I would say 2 1/2'' at the biggest for your entire design.
