From the broadest perspective, yes, but I’ve found that’s it’s not particularly helpful to go on and on about no-self without addressing the human experiences and stories which seem to occur in its domain. Inasmuch as I want to stay true to the nature of God, I want to meet people where they’re at, and that often means making concessions to the finite mind in order to speak about our shared humanity.
You wouldn't understand because you are listening to the words and you're using your conditioned mind. Mind cannot understand because mind is a concept as well. You are not the mind and you are not the senses. Any form of concept is just an illusion

Speaking on my own experience, this type of speech can be very self-destructive. What you are saying is factual but on the other hand is often used to just alienate us and not taking responsibility on anything, leading us to a life of doubt and unfulfillment. When we say there is nothing real, the mind easily says, "so why should I be doing that?", and that can lead you to an undesired place. Be careful my friend, unless you are really, really present in your awareness, this words serve no purpose. All the blessings
