Guys, I love your vlogs so much and you've really inspired me to see more of the world. I just need to convince the hubby it's a good idea...and drag the kids with us too I suppose. Bali, I really, really want to go BUT please tell me about the mosquito situ. I'm quite allergic to Mozzies ( major swelling etc) should I let the chance of getting bitten put me off? The little blighters seem to *love* me! One other thing, the thought of Bali Beli scares the living daylights out of me! Have you experienced it? Sooo many questions, sorry! Lots of love your way. X
Hey Kate! Thanks so much for your comment. Bali is a little gem. As for mosquitos it's always really hard to remember where we got bit and how badly, as far as we can remember we did get bitten in Bali but it wasn't one of the worst places in South East Asia. As for Bali belly, don't be scared it happens to all of us! We both had it on separate occasions, I had it all day for my birthday the first time we went - lucky me! Just stock up on immodium and dioralyte for those situations and you'll be fine. Don't let the doubts hold you back - focus on all the stuff you want to do there. The kids will LOVE the monkey forrest in Ubud 😍🙉
That looks like a great birthday! But how can it not be in Canggu?! We stayed there for a few months in the spring, and we absolutely loved it. Even though I'm currently in Chiang Mai (aka food heaven) I really miss the amazing balinese food (and the smoothiebowls, of course!)

haha there has been talk of meet ups before, but we think only like 3 people would turn up! haha Our friend was just asking us when we'd be back up in London again, but i'm not too sure!! We have a few trips planned now and are still trying to get our vlogs up to date, but maybe after that we could organise something!! :D What a lush month to have your birthday! Kinging- It Weeell...last year for my major birthday I went to Brazil! This year is a slightly smaller budget so it might be day trip to Margate, Bristol or Barrybados!!😉😉 I'm saving up for my trip to Thailand in February, hence the low key celebration.
