The Karnataka Chapter of the Institute of Urban Designers, India (IUDI-KARNATAKA) hosted a two-day inaugural event titled “CITY FUTURES” on the 20th and 21st of March 2021. Over these two days, the event comprised of the following:

An exhibition of curated urban design works by students from architecture colleges across Karnataka
- Envisioning Bengaluru: Designing collaborative futures
A 90-minute panel discussion on building collaborations to envision the future of Bengaluru
City narratives
- Presentations by changemakers working to transform and enhance the city’s image and public realm
The audience comprised of professional and student architects, planners and urban designers from participating colleges and professional institutions, government officials, members of other interested organisations and the general public.
