The best thing about this house would be the number of bedrooms and the yard space for me. The sizes look small though, but one can make it work. Exterior's not my style of architecture but it's nice. The darkness in the interior makes it look less home-y. The landscaping leaves much more to be desired but... 😍So much yard space though!!!! Love the space!

On the top right hand corner of the video, TH-cam has a dedicated gear ⚙️ symbol where you get video quality options to choose from...by default streaming from your phone TH-cam will set the video to medium or low quality ... based on my experience this is the case all the time.
@@mpilozungu4863 Thanks. but I knew how TH-cam works. on that day it didn't offer anything better than 360p. Today its playing in all its glory 4K resolution. Strange but it must have been a fault on TH-cams side.
24 m is too much the bedrooms are many but small reduce the price to at least 20m please this house has been on the market for too long it's not worth 24m reduce your price if you are really looking for buyers

24 million is a bit high, the pool so close to the seating areas🤨 the smell of chlorine 🤢, there's to much happening it that house the space was not utilized probably. Pool outside!!! Pool area should have been a gym/pub/games area etc seating areas where no one will sit cause of the closed walls
Lol! Sadly! I've noted this with most other houses: a big building, a small square pools, tiny "garden/grass areas and a huge siding price for something that looks/feels like R3-5m to me. I enjoy Chad's enthusiasm, no matter where or what...lol...a trooper!!!

I wanted to disagree with you without having watched as I had high hopes for this property but you were right there's allot going wrong from the miner tiling mistakes to the dated finishes and incorrectly utilized space the bigger selling point is not the house itself but the land you get in an estate
