For some reason Stans death tho short and simple is the most scaring death of this movie, just the way the oil drum 🛢 starts to tip and the way he screams no just sends shivers down to my core
When Stan fell when you saw the scene of his him falling and cracking his neck you could see it was a fake one because if you look at it closely it looks like a figure
I've used LEGOs to re-do how that derailment went. I took grey and white ones for the runaway locos & red white & blue for 4920. In my LEGO remake, 4920 coupled up to the runaway & the runaway's crew moved to the cars, then detached their locos. :)
Trains nowadays have a Deadman's Switch and an alarm that alerts the crew that if no attention is on the controls or pressure is lost and it automatically stops the train (basically goes into emergency stop). These engines were probably an older design that don't have an alarm. So if the line is cut, it just keeps going without brakes. In the 2010 film, the same thing happened because the hoses were left disconnected and so was the Deadman's Switch, making the train a complete runaway.
@atilla3547 I actually agree, it has potential, perhaps a few re-writes in the main plot (IE how the runaway starts and the risks of it derailing) but nothing to hard for a writer who places effort in it.
air brakes works when air pressure in released not when pressure is applied if pressure is applied then it will gain speed .this movie is impossible but very intresting
On 4:02 this reminds me of Thomas Comes To Breakfast when his driver joked at him saying that he can go without him, and that Thomas was proud about not needing a driver anymore.
Man, the hazmat people are so stupid when the train derails! You expect BURNING FLAMES to be a safe place to investigate damages when an entire train can explode any minute?!
@atilla3547 I´m glad you like it! yeh..sorry for that but when i upload it the longest time was 15 minits. yeh maby, it´s not so easy to think in a panic sitation :)
Yeah, WAY too many side-plots, bad acting, countless flaws, unfixed goofs, and the film doesn't even focus on the main plot revolving around Rob Lowe's character!
1. It's called a locomotive, Not an engine 2. THE LOCOMOTIVE IS REAL DURRRRR! 3. It's called a Nuke, Not a bomb stupid 4. EVERYBODY KNOWS THE NUKE ISNT REAL DURRRRR!
+RailYardWarrior They had a real engine that pulled and played the chase engine, but to my understand they built a mockup second engine, and for the Derailment they used a model 1:9 scale. The real engine is used on a railway in Utica new york. If you type in MLW M420W you will see the engine still in use.

Should’ve never hopped on the train again RIP

Westrail642fan stan is my favorite character too
Did you say anything about me? I survived
movie is pretty good actually
West rail 642 vs awvr 777
1:07 rip Stanley
On 5:12 reminds me of Gordon Takes The Tumble
1:05 Stan Dies We Shall Miss You Stan
People thought nuke would destroy Denver as soon as the train derailed but reality …. ( go to part 9 to see the rest of this comment )
On 5:49 I guess Kelly Marx on KNFS news is saying that the runaway freight train that derailed is a terrific wreck.
When Stan fell when you saw the scene of his him falling and cracking his neck you could see it was a fake one because if you look at it closely it looks like a figure
If I was in that dimension, I would literally help those humans and save humanity if I can

good movie but so unrealistic. There are literally so many things they could have done to stop that train or at least remove the bomb from the train
1:05 that's very heart stopping
It looks like he fell between the rails not in front of the wheels.
@@maxrshelltrack7443 watch it in slow mo
He fell on the rail, got cut through the middle by the rail car wheels and then fell between them.
Now, goodbye Stan the train engineer

General Hammond should get them out via the stargate (see him in the background of one shot.
On 7:30 I guess they are going to find out if World War One and World War Two won or lost.

This extreme runaway train looks like the movie titled Unstoppable
James Leopard Calm Down
Yeah but with crewmember
Yes it does but it didn’t show the train in the whole movie witch that’s a bummer
On 7:09 it looks like World War One vs. World War Two
And does every character drive like a maniac or break their leg in this film?!
4:55 Polar Express!! Now we just need a tunnel with 1 inch of clearance between the train and the tunnel lol
On 4:02 this reminds me of Thomas Comes To Breakfast when his driver joked at him saying that he can go without him, and that Thomas was proud about not needing a driver anymore.
And surprisingly, the number you put up is the number of the lead locomotive on the Atomic train.
On 5:22 this reminds me of Thomas and the Special Letter
Good movie, way better than Runaway Train!
@14:44 PUT OUT THE DAMN FIRE FIRST!
OMG ITS GANNA CRASH IM FRAKING OUT NUKE TRAIN😱😱
Man, the hazmat people are so stupid when the train derails! You expect BURNING FLAMES to be a safe place to investigate damages when an entire train can explode any minute?!
@mpwelk They could've made an alternate ending in which freight 4920 obeyed orders. But, they didn't.
14:00 Amazing. Locomotive shell still in one-piece.
1:00 Of course. The hose HAS to split itself again. I was like, WTF R U DOING! THE HOSES ARE ALREADY CONNECTED!
Hose: TEEHEE DISCONNECTED
Me: Facepalm
So whats up with the dude in the city that just randomly broke his leg or some shit?
5:10-5:41 epic derailment/wreck
5:15, Into a wooden house!
7:37, um i suggest you get off the tracks. How about a little more into the grass? That way if a train comes you dont get hit.
What if Stan the train engineer connects the hoses, and makes the runaway 642 freight train slow down and stop?
1:08 r.i.p stan
I hope that no one actually died during the making of this movie
What if Stan the train engineer crushed his hand on the car coupler under the wheels rolling?
14:22 the chemicals are stable but they can combine to be deadly at any time
13:55 You dont know cuz they probably said it on the radio already derp. You'd know they are both alive by now.
6:42 is an engineers nightmare! :(
We reach the end of the rails
yeh it´s when he crash the car in part 4, but they will come back for him later
Thank u VwErik88
