I am a huge fan of the Deluxe Materials range. My hobby is model railways and when it comes to kit or scratch building, nothing surpasses the DM glues. However, they can be hard to source at times, here in Australia.

This is just a tip for anybody trying out new materials for the first time. I have read some negative reviews from some disappointed modelers out there and I completely understand I've had those times myself. But always do test with your new materials on other smaller thanks and Sample before you start using something new on your masterpiece this is something that I do with all new materials that I am not familiar with learn what works and what doesn't work before you ruin your masterpiece

More people should know about the Super Phatic, I am glad that I now know what it can do. I really think that CA glue is bad for people.

I purchase three bottles of this glue through Amazon. All three bottles arrived hardened solid in their bottles . I have complained to Deluxe on line, however, to date have received no response.

@Jack Steward I've used it for years, it just takes a while to cure.

What is the shelf life and how should it be stored during extended periods of non use?

Plastic is not porous so it only will grip based on surface roughness. Why did they say soaks-in and bonding plastic?

What's the difference between this and carpenters' glue?

@Jack Steward You most definitely got a bad batch. I've used four bottles of the stuff for everything, balsa repairs included. It sucks in like no tomorrow. The one thing that is correct is it's not very sandable. Once it's in and cured, it turns the wood slightly rubbery.
