Ice cubes (बर्फ) - 4-5 cubes
Maida (मैदा) - 1 cup [140 gm]
Gram flour (बेसन) - 1 tbsp
Milk + water - 1/4 + 1/4 cup
Chilled water (ठंडा पानी) - 1+ 1/2 cup
Lemon juice (नींबु का रस) - 1 tsp
Ghee for frying
Dry fruits, Rabdi and Rose petals for garnishing
Sugar syrup
Water (पानी) - 1 cup
Sugar (शक्कर) - 1 cup
Rose water (गुलाब जल) - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice (नींबु का रस) - 1 tsp
