Its insane! The chances of that happening is second to none! When I got my first comment about your video I was like no way. I jumped and went to see your video and I was like dude no way. Same color even. Thankfully no one accused me of copying you, I started working on this video 2 weeks ago.
In the video you just slid a pin into the adjustable worm drive, what did you do to hold that pin into place? I didn’t notice threads. Beautiful craftsmanship on a wrench that needed saved.
It was a press fit, I did press the pin into the tool, unfortunately the footage was out of focus and unusable. So it was just magic haha Thank you for the comment!
Thank you! I had to soften the jaws of the tool, since they were hardened my files and sandpaper wasn't doing anything to it. Since there was some filing, sanding and polishing to be done I had no choice.
Very nice! Are you friends with mister patina? He also put a red highlighted adjustable video up today. On the 'monkey wrench' name, I have heard them called pipe wrench as well, the difference to your wrench is the monkey/pipe wrench has teeth and a kind of loose bottom jaw that tightens as you curse at whatever offending nut/bolt/fitting you are trying to undo. Yours here in Canada is also known as a knuckle detecting nut fucker, haha.
Forget Netflix, this is way better.🦾
Thank you very much for your kind comment
Think it’s funny we both did. the same restoration with the same colors released on the same day 😄
Nice job bro, keep it up!

Cool video bro! Greetings from german restoration:-)
Hey, thanks!
Turned out pretty good. Did it have a slight bend to it ?
Very slightly.
Чудова робота.
Дякую тобі!
You didn't want it to touch the sides,, So what did you do for the bottom??
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Nice job! Subscribed. Could you tell me, please, why were you heating the top of the wrench (on 6-7 min of the clip)?
Thank you! I had to soften the jaws of the tool, since they were hardened my files and sandpaper wasn't doing anything to it. Since there was some filing, sanding and polishing to be done I had no choice.
Yayyyy AJ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
надо бы было шайбочку подложить в том месте где ножовкой пилил
Да, наверное, но он хорошо подошел, так как уже был немного свободен. К счастью, это не мешает работе инструмента.
And where is the removal of the fragments of the old axis?
The camera's battery died during the shot unfortunately. BUT I can tell you it was one hell of a struggle, and RIP two of my screwdrivers.
How long do you recommend the electrolysis to be?
We kept it in for 24 hours.

It was pure coincidence that Mr Patina and Aj Restorations posted a similar restoration on the same day.
SLAVA UKRAİNE!
LET'S SUPPORT UKRAINE...
Purpose of heat @ 6:57?
The jaws were hardened. It needed to be tempered for the restoration.
From the beginning the method which you used for restoration absolutely wrong. You use several steps to remove the screw nut. And that was expensive
Haha that screw cost me 2 screwdrivers >.< its all good fun haha
Better next time
