We are visiting that place soon. We got DB1 and DB2 cottages. Are these among 4 cottages in phase-2? How is the mobile network connectivity (Airtel/Jio) there?

Oh that's great, it's a beautiful place. Mobile connectivity is really poor..We got DB4 & DB5 and it's on phase 1.
