    I agree, no filler music needed. The wind and scenery is all the distraction I enjoy!!

      @@devinenglestead7657 Great ram! I'm getting ready for my sons sheep hunt in Oregon. I'm working on my field judging. would you mind telling me what the bases measured at? I'm just trying to get a feel for what different base measurements look like on a live ram.

    Trophy hunting sucks. Shame on you.
    Hunting deer and rabbit to eat is one thing killing for trophy is another.

    • @Jacoby380
      @Jacoby380 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So a guy is only allowed to kill small immature animals? If it's a trophy you let it pass? What's your definition of trophy? Maybe a trophy to me is different? You can eat "trophy" animals... "Trophy hunting" brings far more money for sheep conservation than anything else... How much have you donated to conservation? I bet this guy buying a tag is more than you've given to help these trophy animals. Shame on you for spreading misinformation. Just because you don't have the desire to kill a bighorn sheep doesn't mean it's wrong for others to have that desire...
      Ps. If you don't like watching sheep hunting then find another video to watch, it really is that simple.

      Sheep is one of the best tasting meats you could possibly have the privilege to harvest. In Idaho Sheep is a once in a lifetime draw. I am sure all the meat was enjoyed by family and friends following this successful hunt many, many times over. Hunting is how these herds are managed. As a bonus he does have one hell of a wall hanger and something to remember the experience in a thoughtful and respectful way each and every time he looks at that amazing head. Your comment regarding "trophy" lacks the understanding that 99.9% of hunters who view Hunting as a privilege and hold deep respect for the animals we are so fortunate to successfully harvest. Many of us who live in the West use hunting as a way in which to feed our family rather than going to a grocery store. I applaud him for a successful hunt and the obvious respect and reverence he showed here for this Ram.
