After looking at a couple hundred reviews where the axle gears stripped out I would recommend ordering the metal gear and axle kit the same time you purchase the truck so they all arrive together and you can upgrade it out the box.

I can’t wait mine comes on the third !!! I was told not to do climbing or anything with the stock gears and axles though ;( it’ll eat them up.

Same issue with me. I dont know the specific ESC, receiver/transmitter and Battery i need.
Ever break anything? I was thinking of 1 and getting metal drive shafts & 1 speed metal trans. Esc for lipo & metal servo. Any other weak points?
