This is not my best(its 1'23'500), this video is taken quite a while ago.
the specs is in the video but imma put it here anyways

Engine : RB25DET (ingame name is R25 if im not mistaken) 644hp
Tyre : Pergea (No tire lettering)
Weight : 1355kg
RPM : 8500
its kinda hard when ur doing it with a boat that has the worst steering out of the boats in FR Legends (Yes it has the worst steering even tho its not the heaviest car in FRL, i alr did a test and all the cars that have 1300kg+ other than the R32 and ER32 has better steering than the two cars mentioned.)

@@fayezpanda1060 rx7 can get 1:22 if you are good enough, sub 24 is cool but is nothing to boast about, some people do use eurobeat and it does help in some cases but can sometimes distract you, thats about it.
