I love that you don’t “stage” your home for these videos. Your videos make an even greater impact, because you are a real person with a real family. I can’t wait to try the flour trick with one of my pumpkins. Such a neat effect!
I also like my porch and less used areas to be somewhat minimal with seasonal decor. I do use quilts and blankets that reflect the season in both the bedrooms and the living space--quick and easy. For my porch, I change out the welcome flag, the door hanging thing, maybe the mat, and in the fall and spring, live flowers and call it a day. Having said that, about a week before Halloween we go all out with Mr. Bones greeting the neighbors from the porch rail with his trusty pup and kitty at his side, a few ghosts floating about, jack o' lanterns, and a witch seated behind her cauldron with its color changing mist. The neighborhood kids like it, based on the bags and bags of treats they take off our hands for us. Thanks for another peaceful video. Enjoy the season change!
Wonderful transformation on the guest room, and the orange throw goes well with the long brown cushion. You balance out your vignettes very well. Love the hay & pumpkins!

Instead of getting rid of the guest bed, put risers under the bed legs. Works fine and is budget friendly. You take the bed wheels off, set the bed on risers. If you need to move the bed around, put a furniture moving disc under the risers.
My queen bed doesn’t require a box spring, but I added a low profile box spring (4”) under my mattress to make the mattress a bit higher. It doesn’t show when I make the bed.

I decorate my front porch, flower bed in front of my front porch, down the sidewalk in front of attached car garage on the house & by my mailbox. Inside I decorate my living room, dining room & kitchen. Mixture of Fall & Cute Halloween for my grand children. TFS! Blessings! 🙏❤️😊
We just recently purchased a Big Fig hybrid mattress & we love it! Most hybrids don’t have the structured side making it easy to sit on the side of the bed & the Big Fig does plus it works great with our adjustable bed frame.
I used this video for background noise as I was getting deeper into wedding planning. It helped me relax and chill out😂 if you know how stressful weddings can be, you know. Lol! I am so here for this video. So peaceful just when I needed it❤
I haven't decorated for fall in several years. I do love watching you decorate though. Having lost several people in the past 3 years, we have toyed with the idea of doing a dia de los muertos alter with pictures of those loved ones interspersed.
Love the little touches you did for Fall...I prefer a light hand when it comes to decorating. It has that natural earthy relaxed look. Pillows, throws and small little accents with hints of color is all it takes to change up a room. By the way...all the outfits from Stitch Fix were very cute on you!
Love all the different textured pumpkins. I have collected lots of white pumpkins over the years with many different textures. It's my favorite part of fall decorating!
As my parents got older, they actually liked a lower bed. But my mom is pretty short! They just had an easier time getting in and out. I have 2 guest rooms, and the other room has a high bed, so I guess my guests have a choice😂. I like to decorate outside, but I’m not much for indoor holiday decor.

I have an old vase that I was wanting to use for some fall decor and was trying to think of SOMETHING I could do to transform it and make it really pretty. It is an old yard sale vase that I've had at least 30 years, light blue....yada yada...but I think trying your transformation technique and then using some neutral/dried foliage will work just PERFECT!🍂🍃🍁🎃
It’s really good to start your cleaning and tidying in your master bedroom first cause of less traffic and to be able to rest in a nice made bed nightly is a treat for ourselves. Love all your fall decors! Bring me so much fall vibes!
Love all the fall decorative touches! We buy 4” memory foam toppers for our mattresses. Cheaper to replace then a mattress. Everyone that comes to stay loves our guest bed. It’s the topper on a good but old mattress. Risers would be good for your guest bed. Easy to remove. I have some in the guest closet if I need to use them.
I love the touches here and there! It’s how I decorated for Fall this year, too. A lot of people decor looks like Fall threw up and I wanted just touches of Fall. It’s still in the upper 90’s here, too and I’m just not feeling to Fall-ish! Everything looks great!! Great tip on the bale hall, too!

I love how you show us that it takes time to budget and do projects. You can make a big difference in a room without spending a lot of money. So many people think it costs thousands of dollars to make a room look more updated and you show that you can do a few things, reuse what you have or repurpose items you have and make a big difference in your home.
I just started decorating for fall yesterday! I’ve officially live in my first condo now for a year! So still figuring out how I want to decorate and still working on project around the house. But it’s so exciting to get to decorate everything the way I want it.

I usually just decorate kitchen and dining area and a little in our living room, love stitch fit and all your decorating ideas, I also learned my lesson with hay bales opened them and had a mess your right leave them in the plastic ❤
