We decorate for Christmas in the end of November and have it all month long
We don't do either in England thank god, Halloween decor is just for the 31st October not 3 weeks before, 😁 we just do Xmas really, usually in the home but some people go OTT inside and out, but that's not for me 😁 plus I live in a flat (apartment) so I will sit back and enjoy watching you do yours. 😁💐

I am the same. My one week summer vacation was spent decluttering my mess of a bedroom. I moved here 6 years ago after I had a really bad ankle break that needed surgery. I had my mom and friends that moved me in and of course things stayed in boxes that were not packed by myself and I had seen and put away for later. Finally my brain could not take the mess anymore and 12 bags later and a new organization system (I shopped my home 😊) and my room is now my sanctuary 😊

Halloween is one of my favorite holiday to decorate for. I incorporate Halloween with my fall decor. It just works for me. I’ll be decorating a little bit the end of the week and adding touches of Halloween through out the house. Dorene Weiss
Yes please to the decluttering vids. I'm a minimalist (have been for years) and I have been just incredibly overwhelmed and anxious lately. My go-to is to look around my apartment and see if there's too much that I'm handling and maintaining and to get rid of stuff, and to just clear out the clutter in my mind. I'm not feeling much better yet but I'll get there!

I no longer decorate for Halloween. It is too much. It’s been awhile since I decorated for Christmas and I’m hoping to do that in a small way this year. I am decluttering and I always get inspiration from your decluttering videos.

PLEASE do a full declutter! I can always use the motivation. I feel exactly the same as you...I get overwhelmed when my spaces are cluttered and messy! Fall and Christmas seasons are my favorite so I like having my spaces clutter free for the holidays so I can relax and ENJOY it all!
I love your "Falloween" ...I do Fall in September. Mix in some Halloween for October then pack up the Halloween and bring out a little Thanksgiving with the Fall for November. I get to enjoy most of my Fall decor for almost 3 months!🍁🍂

I donated all my Halloween decor last year. My kids are grown and gone and granddaughters are in another state. The fun left with them. But I celebrate parents who care enough to do it for their kids! Happy Halloween! 👻

I love Fall, even when the leaves are dying there is still so much beauty in them. I decorate for Fall not for Halloween. As a child , we weren't allow to go trick or treating , so my mom would have wiener roast for us, so I kept that tradition for my children & grandchildren.

Love your craft ideas, decor and style, Amanda! Always so much fun to watch! I consider myself a minimalist, to keep my home easy to manage with a full time job, a service dog and health issues to deal with. But I am here for all the decor and interior design ideas, always love to see what you and Kyle are up to for your gorgeous home! The extent of my Fall decor is changing out the wreath on my front and back doors, a few rust and cream color ceramic pumpkins- literally 3- and switching out the summer throw blankets to the heavier fleece, my sofa is already like a cognac color faux leather so it looks the most Fall all year. I live in the PNW and it's not too cold yet, but I have my electric fireplace going on with the fan LOL For Halloween, I do get a costume for my service dog- he has been a Jedi, an avocado, a Jack o Lantern among others, and this year he will be a taco because Halloween 2023 is still Taco Tuesday! LOL Happy Falloween, ALL!

We decorate for "falloween" and my daughter loved taking the lead with placement styling the fall and Halloween decor. We do have a turkey wall hanging too! I usually set the decor up and out. However, this year she was so excited to be leader of decorating for this season.

I decorate for fall but add cute Halloween decor to our bar cart for our kiddo. I add the "You've been Boo-ed" theme to the cart, too, including all her favorite candy and treats.

I have 2 daughters. 26 and 19. One is moved out, living down the road. The younger is at college, 2 hours north of us. I never really decorated for Halloween except for the carved pumpkin. But they even got bored and I was stuck at the table carving by myself, because I am so serious about my crafts, that I make them elaborate and they have to be perfect. 12 yrs ago, we moved to our current house in GA from IL. We used to live in a neighborhood in IL. We put decorations out, and the whole Halloween experience. Now, we live in the country. No one trick or treats at our house, and we have a long driveway, so we don't put pumpkins out because people can't see them from the road anyway. Only our delivery drivers would see them. haha Last year I was really bad and started getting out my Christmas things. I knew once Nov started, I would be really busy, then 3 different family Christmas's throughout Dec. Then my birthday and Thanksgiving (which we travel out of state sometimes for) in November. I knew I would either not have enough time to put them up or not have enough time to enjoy them. And my cats (which look like your black cat and your orange tabby) love to sleep under our Christmas tree for some reason.
Absolute yes to decluttering and to the favorites for cleaning. I do decorate for fall but not for Halloween. Kids have all grown up in our little cul de sac and moved on. Halloween used to be a big part of our neighborhood … even the grown ups would dress up

I usually don't decorate for Halloween. I do decorate for Fall and Thanksgiving and of course, Christmas. Since it's just 2 of us here, we really don't go crazy. My grandkids make decorations for us and I continue to pull them out and have them in my home. I miss my son being around and helping me bake. He has children of his own and does it with them which makes me feel great to know the tradition continues.

I like to decorate the way u do. I mainly put fall decor out then in October add a few Halloween decorations. I like the cute Halloween things like little pumpkins and ghosts. I don’t do really scary or gory. Also, I would love to see you do a decluttering and a favorite cleaning products review video.
I decorate for Fallmas ;) I put a fall tree up along with our other Christmas trees minus decorations. It helps me to be less stressed by having Christmas decorations completed before Thanksgiving, since I host three Christmas parties in December. I do adore your Fun Halloween decorations.

I would love a decluttering video! I don’t like fall or thanksgiving so I do Halloween right into Christmas. My Halloween style is witchy cottage with ghosts and jack o lanterns added in, mostly stuff I could leave out all year if I wanted to.

I decorate for Christmas and it’s simple I have card holder and I will by cards for the season and hang them. And I add to the patio for the cooler weather blankets .
Before I had kids it was all fall decor. Now it's full blown halloween. The kids love it!! We have a big turn out of trick or treaters in our neighborhood
I know how you feel about looking up and seeing some clutter! Best thing my mom taught me was to “clean as you go” and tidy up before bed. It mentally soothes me!

Hi Amanda I used to decorate a lot for Halloween when my kids were home. Their grown now so I mostly decorate for fall but add a little Halloween for the grandkids. I would love to see a video on cleaning products what you like and don’t like. Also a decluttering video would be great.

Yes to decluttering videos! Decorate a bit for fall but not at all for Halloween. When my son was young we did a bit of Halloween, but not much. That flowing ghost pic and the black cat in the hat were actually beautiful!
I would LOVE a declutter video!! A series even! I had a hip replacement almost 6 weeks ago, and since I have been out of work, I have been decluttering myself!! I still have more to do, but I have started!! I use to decorated for Halloween because my oldest daughters birthday is Oct 29th. Yes to a decluttering series!!! I need to do a major decluttering! My oldest graduates in May and I am already feeling the pinch of a big gathering coming 😂 I would love to watch and declutter along with you!
We looove decorating for Halloween. We put a graveyard & bats out front & decorate the inside with spiders & webs. I try to stick with black, gray, gold, deep wine red & a deep purple so everything makes sense together. It’s not scary but definitely not cutesy either. Our kids love helping decorate & look forward to it every year.

Falloween is a great idea. Where we celebrate Thanksgiving in October, it has been a long fallsgiving!! I'm trying just a little Halloween this year!
Oh most definitely share the decluttering video for sure. One thing that I do is that I find that if I do a huge declutter in July and August. Then I am good to go for the holidays. Because during the holidays, especially Christmas is when new things come in. So I've already gotten rid of the old things. It just keeps me really organized when I do. July, August and September declattering the whole house. Also I make that part of my yearly thing. That I know that in those few months. Prior to the holidays, it is a must that I do half of the space, another half of the space and then another half of the space so I type 3 months realistically to declutter July, August and September and then I am done. Before the holidays, because that's when it gets really hectic. And we definitely don't want to have to be doing the cluttering during those times

Everything looked very cute! I am a die hard decorator.. I decorate for fall, add the Halloween to it, then remove Halloween then add Thanksgiving decorations to the fall decorations.. The fall decorations come out in September and stay till day after Thanksgiving essentially.
I love how falloween your home turned out, and I am now obsessed with fall simmer pots. I have one going now with orange, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and a bit of rosemary. That's about as far as I go for fall decor. Christmas is the big one for me and I am really looking forward to it.

Yes, I would love some decluttering videos to work with my own decluttering. I have been following the minimal mom for decluttering and find it so helpful to get rid of the excess. I finally cleared my counters and getting rid of items/projects I really have no intention to do or use as evidenced by not using them for several years. I’m finding it so calming and so much easier to keep the house picked up. I still need some motivation to get the last bit’s done. Love how you used your swifter! Thank you for all you share!

I decorate for Fall. I have always done fall but when my children were young I would add in some Halloween for October because they loved it. Kinda like you are doing this year:)

First off, YES on the decluttering and cleaning favorites videos! 👍🏼 I’m SO enjoying watching two videos a week, and I always look forward to them. Also, my two boys are grown and on their own so I don’t decorate our house for Halloween anymore, but I’m a librarian, and I definitely go all out decorating my library. My patrons love it. 😊
