  • Chris Heria attempts contortion for the very first time! As someone who's never been particularly flexible, he decided to challenge himself and see just how bendy he could get. Learning the basics of contortion, from stretches and warm-ups to trying out some actual contortion poses. Will he be able to pull off any impressive moves, or will his lack of flexibility get the best of him?

I been doing calisthenics for 3 years, I don't have a gym membership or a pull bar. But I use your heria app and your TH-cam videos of home workout to hit a good workout. And I have managed to learn handstands and do 5 free standing handstand push-ups. So I am now focusing on being consistent. Thanks you for your content.

9:30 wow this is great exercise! Our team uses it all the time for stretching, in addition to our own methods and back massagers! Great!

This is definitely not an easy training after your first 7-8 years old. In my old days of karate our sensei used to torture me and the rest of the group sort of this way at warming up start.

Hey Chris, have you ever done a podcast with Dr. Huberman or Dr. Petter Attia? It would be great to hear more about the science of movement from your perspective. Something along how the different workouts you have been doing lately affect your body and health for longevity.

Hey Chris, you yourself are so inspiring to me. I watch your videos and do calisthenics based workouts using your app every day and I have fallen completely in love with calisthenics. I watch your vids every day. I loved this video and would love to see you continue with this training. I’ll definitely be incorporating it each day as well! Thanks for all you do
