Same like i finish one of the games, take about a few hours to calm down and calm my heart rate (i aint tryna get a heart attack here) then download the next game lmao
A few years ago I remember playing a game with a puzzle like this one and I also remember solving it but now I just can't and I don't know why! Ah, it's so annoying 😂🤦. I am ok with being stupid the rest of the game but I really thought I could do this one 😂😭🤦😂😂

I was doing it similarly with this walkthrough :D I hate them too... And the last part - I am like always slowly checking what is in the scene. When suddenly some halucination. Eric Ramirez omg DO NOT DO THE ENDING AT NIGHT I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT AT NIGHT. it’s so scary I only play these games at broad daylight but I was still terrified and my heart was beating so fast.
I’ve played this one and completed it alone without watching the walkthrough. It took me two hours, but I made it. It’s a great feeling to achieve something like this. I thought I was too dumb to do that 😂
I'm grateful for everyone that warned about the last chapter. I would have not been able to get through it if I hadn't been warned about the timer and how fast it goes scary! It still took me a few tries to finish it though ^-^;
okay, I would like to ask you a question because I am at that part and I did not know there was a timer, as of right now, the timer is started for me but I saved shut off the game completely, I know this was 4 years ago, but what happens if you don’t get it in time, and how far does it set you back if you run out of time ?
@@misnomerrr it's been a while since I've played it, so I don't quite recall. However, I think that it sets you back to either the beginning of that last section or to just before the timer if you don't get it in time. Good luck!
thank you so much ! that’s a total game changer for me, knowing that there’s less of a risk if I mess up, I still might get one of friends with better reaction times to help me, thanks for the reassurance
Now that you mentioned it, I went back to the video to see what the cigar was for. Oh! I didn't use the cigar. I just flipped the page back and forth and looked at the matching positions.
@that’s a shitty name It’s in the 1st chapter. I didn’t find the first paper but I thought the symbols and the lady painting must be somehow connected. The II paper showing burning hand and I did put the cigar in the corpse hand haha then I realized...wait a minute...the hand...and the face look like the lady painting...then BINGO! For the 1st paper, I guess it must be the black cube and I was right!
Absolutely f***ing loved every single second playing games from this series, even though I had to help myself with walkthrough here and there. Now that I finished them it's time to feel emptiness in my soul. The sliding puzzle was a bit obnoxious and the race against evil forces was tought, but got them done in the end. :)
Reckless haste. If you get the pipes done then you're basically home, though the time window is rough. Most of this is just memorization what is placed where
I relate to this so much I’ve been playing these since I was like 12 and I’m 19 now lmao and no one else I know even knows about these games but they were legit my childhood and I felt so empty finishing them :(( I’m replaying them now for nastalgia but it’s cool to see so many people enjoying the same thing as u !!

LMAO ever since I played Case 23 I stopped solving the puzzles on my own and just watched the walkthroughs in advance in case I ever get a timed puzzle jumpscare moment like the final chapter :') FOREVER SPOOKED ASIDE, this is a great series
Man that last time challenge was intense but so much fun. I've loved every second of rusty lakes games and it's just unbelievable to me that these games are free and on mobile.
Ok some fun facts: I was so stuck I had no idea how to make the coffee so I watched this and went “oh I’m so stupid” The ending at the cabin is 2spooky5me Low key spooked by the things that appear when someone is dead
I almost got heart attack! Im playing This on My Phone and I take a cup of Coffee, and taked a look of the prisoner then I watched tv and I went back to the window and JUMPSCARE!!!!
Literally playing one of the rusty lake games without help feels like a true achievement. The first time I downloaded a rusty lake game was when I had to go to my dad house and I knew I would not have WiFi at all so I went to download offline games that’s when I came across samsaras room. When I had first opened the game I was like this is actually really cool and definitely different. I had completed the game without help and soon after got more of the rusty lake games. What had shocked me was the Arles considering it surrounded my favorite artist I absolutely love these games ☺️
The code at 5:30 confused me until I realized specific parts of the painting needed to be burned with a cigar. I thought 1 and 4 would be switched without the painting.
Love the game and it's style. Thanks for the walkthrough. Only have to wonder: Have you NEVER made coffee? Or is it too early in the morning. Filter first, and yes, you need to pour water in the coffee maker, not keep it in the pot :D
+Rusty Lake If you poor the water without filter and coffee, will remain water, but you can't poor againg in coffee machine. Is there a way to poor it again?
Imagine being stoned, watching a master magician doing a Shell Game routine, and he's on methamphetamine, with the playback speed set to x2. That's what it's like trying to watch the 3x3 sliding puzzle segment in this fucking video.
The puzzle where you have to move the squares to make the picture is the worst moment I’ve ever had in all of gaming. These games are really good, but it’s that kind of shit that almost makes them not worth playing. A puzzle game should be hard enough to where puzzles are fun but not so hard that you need to watch a walkthrough to be able to progress.
Slide puzzles aren't difficult. Its not the game's fault that you're not good at them. That's like blaming Dark Souls for you dying. It's your own skill.
@@GoldVesp same. In fact, I was borderline ballistic watching the video of this fellow solving it. I actually shouted at one point "will you leave that blasted square alone!"
I hope I wasn't the only one that said to my laptop the word "fate" and then started typing it because I didn't know I must put the answers on the crossword instead of writing them down on paper . Thankful for this walkthrough that didn't let me embarass myself further
OH FUCK I HAD NO CLUE THE LAST PART WAS TIMED I was like : *why is there skulls on the wall? Why is everything red? WHY IS THE CORRUPTED SOUL INSIDE AND FOLLOWING ME ??!* And then all became black and it said : *the opposite forces won.* And I was like "What the fuck, it was timed ?" 😭😭😭 I shoulda played with the sound on, with such am ominous music I would have understand it was timed 😭 I admit I acted cowardly and didn't finish the last part. It is so stressful. *BUT* I managed to do the slide puzzle by myself hahahaha I'm so proud. I personally LOVE slide puzzles ! Put some more in the next games please 🙏🏻
I dont know if anybody can notice the conversation at phone call at 06:00 is the same as the one in the mill chapter. This time we are playing as detective but in the mill we were playing as killer. I think it is pretty smart. Ty rusty lake for creating such an amazing game and scenario.
I came here for two reasons: That slider puzzle was difficult with a capital D. I also didn’t have the heart to finish Chapter 4 so I came to watch this person do it. :)
I don't know if that was good or bad luck .. I tried to use 1487 from seasons it didn't work so I said it may have been 78 and when I am exchanging numbers it was 14 "21" and I went to the second chapter without finishing about half of the first xD xD thanks for the series I can't wait to know more about the case :) :)
Jesus when i did the last part i didnt watch the walkthrough. I didn't know it was time limited. After watching the walkthrough, i did the 2nd attenpt. Omg i almost forgot what to do and the music is so terrifying that my heart started pumping even before the deer appeared. But thank goodness that i did it for some reason. Omg rn my heart are still pumping really hard. But in the other hand, ur game is one of the best and i can't stop playing it :)
man it sure would help if the person showing us how to solve the slide picture puzzle knew how to solve it! ive been trying to follow along for a few hours! my brain hurts!!! :( :(
Dude at the end my heart was pumping like crazy and I was like: Please lemme go please lemme go lemme goooooo while clicking in all places hahaha :'D Not again pls... Cool game tho
The game is heavily inspired by twin peaks. We have a blonde dead woman named Laura, a brunette detective named Dale. Doesn't get any more obvious. Given all that, the phone voice was the first thing to really make it click though
Great game, very original and cool art style. A breath of fresh air in what is becoming a stale 'room escape' environment. Nice Hannibal reference there at the end. :-)
The first case I solved randomly, I remember when I played before one of the rusty lake games and code was 1422 and 1478 or 1487, I tried all of them and before I tried 1422, obviously I had to go for 1421 and safe got opened, I just came here to see did I got lucky and it looks like 😃
some of the comments: do *NOT* play this at night! me, *a scaredy cat,* is playing this from *12 mid - 4:30 am* and gave up bc of the slider puzzle but will still play later in the broad daylight: 👁👄👁
I just finished it on my own without the help of the walkthrough, it took me more than an hour but still I feel I should be given a Nobel prize This game is amazing
IMPORTANT: I think it's necessary to change the code of the green safe in the Part 1, because when I first started playing I saw it and thought that maybe a code from the earlier games would work, (like in Cube Escape: The Lake) but being that one of the codes in The Lake and the one in this game is only different in the last number, I ended up opening the safe, getting the evidence and skipping the whole Part 1. I still loved the game though.
The last part is the scariest part in any of the cube escape games, got through it, even if it took a few attempts. Also the sliding block puzzle is the worst
13:51 tv: inserts memories from Harvey’s egg and Robert Hills a corrupted soul in The White door into tv circuits and laser appears and ceiling fan spins _me_ : what a hell of a way to turn on the light.
How much time given for chapter 4? I couldn't make it. too fast. can't even play anymore. then another thing, as in video, it bright. but in my game its dark.. too dark..
Replaying though the Cube Escape Collection to get all of the achievements and it's been a good while since I last played them all. Completely forgot how this one end, until I was there and heard the music count down. My husband just hears me saying over and over "Oh f**k. Oh f**k. I'm gonna die." as my skin gets covered in goose bumps. Love these games.
Am I the only one who got through the end quickly and orderly? It wasn't that hard, and not really creepy. It was just skulls and you don't see the shadow often ?
I was stuck at the map one.. I had no clue whatto do. Btw is there a specific order to the games? Will they ever explain themselves? Is there a story at all?
This dark and mysterious atmosphere reminds me a lot of Twin Peaks, the Lynch series. Especially the momemt with the phone and crossword. The type of statement on the phone is reminiscent of the scene in the room with red curtains and black and white floors. Where Cooper talk to Laura and the little man. You are the best of escape game now for me :) Mysterious, excellent, sometimes tu much creepy... But! I love your creativity! It's brilliant!
I can't stand horror but I play anyway 😂 so when I feel like something is going to be really creepy I watch the walkthrough to prepare myself. I'm glad I did because I was reading about the end 😆
For my first try of the last part I just stared at the demon guy wondering why he wasn't moving until he killed me 😂 got it right on the second try tho
OH MY GOD!!!! the woman was pregnant? !!!!! she lost the baby! that's why right? that's why she had depression and committed suicide! wow! and i LOVED that last chapter! it was so thrilling it was amazing! :)
After finding the symbols by burning the painting and using them for the code below the books, why is number III switched after selecting the bullseye type symbol? How was I suppose to know that?
hey there, you prolly won't see this. it's 2020 here, almost 2021... I'm ready for the 'who's here in 2021' comments but I started playing these games non stop after yesterday night lmao. I'm such an escape room freak and these were the typed of escape rooms I like. challenging, but quick yo complete. I finished 5 already but tbh I have a messed up sleeping schedule, these walkthroughs are really helpful too. tysm, pls continue to create i also love the creepiness to it!
The first thing I did in chapter 2 was randomly guess the channel number for the sake of playing with the buttons and I actually got it right the first time 😂 (based on the pattern I've seen with 3 digit numbers I've seen throughout the rusty lake games)
Idk if it’s just cuz it’s a new version or what but I don’t get a bug behind the couch on my screen. I even reset this scene to see if maybe it was just that specific game that was buggin but it still didn’t pop up the second time around
I'm confused, I had to remake chap 1. When I saw the chest I just tried codes from previous episodes and guess what in The Lake, it's 6×237 = 1422 x) so I ended the chapter without completing everything and didn't understand why ;(

I’ve played this one and completed it alone without watching the walkthrough. It took me two hours, but I made it. It’s a great feeling to achieve something like this. I thought I was too dumb to do that 😂
I'm grateful for everyone that warned about the last chapter. I would have not been able to get through it if I hadn't been warned about the timer and how fast it goes scary!
It still took me a few tries to finish it though ^-^;
okay, I would like to ask you a question because I am at that part and I did not know there was a timer, as of right now, the timer is started for me but I saved shut off the game completely, I know this was 4 years ago, but what happens if you don’t get it in time, and how far does it set you back if you run out of time ?
@@misnomerrr it's been a while since I've played it, so I don't quite recall. However, I think that it sets you back to either the beginning of that last section or to just before the timer if you don't get it in time.
Good luck!
thank you so much ! that’s a total game changer for me, knowing that there’s less of a risk if I mess up, I still might get one of friends with better reaction times to help me, thanks for the reassurance
@@misnomerrr Yeah, nothing bad happens if you don't get it in time. You just have to try it again.

Same here!!! Weird puzzle
the cigar painting puzzle is genius!
i couldn't solve it at all.
Now that you mentioned it, I went back to the video to see what the cigar was for. Oh! I didn't use the cigar. I just flipped the page back and forth and looked at the matching positions.
@@cardamomumviridis557 I did the same and then noticed the cigar thing somehow. Hehe
Me: "Bruh how dumb, you big dumb dumb."
Also me: (Now where is that hint button, bruh this cigar puzzle is so hard)
Absolutely f***ing loved every single second playing games from this series, even though I had to help myself with walkthrough here and there. Now that I finished them it's time to feel emptiness in my soul.
The sliding puzzle was a bit obnoxious and the race against evil forces was tought, but got them done in the end. :)
HOW DID YOU FINISH THE TME LIMIT
Reckless haste. If you get the pipes done then you're basically home, though the time window is rough. Most of this is just memorization what is placed where
I relate to this so much I’ve been playing these since I was like 12 and I’m 19 now lmao and no one else I know even knows about these games but they were legit my childhood and I felt so empty finishing them :(( I’m replaying them now for nastalgia but it’s cool to see so many people enjoying the same thing as u !!
I have finished it too second time, but BARELY.

@@lavone5541 I was thinking the same. I used to do them when I was a kid. So it was no problem to me. Just get used with the logic of the puzzle

OH FUCK I HAD NO CLUE THE LAST PART WAS TIMED
I was like : *why is there skulls on the wall? Why is everything red? WHY IS THE CORRUPTED SOUL INSIDE AND FOLLOWING ME ??!*
And then all became black and it said : *the opposite forces won.*
And I was like "What the fuck, it was timed ?" 😭😭😭
I shoulda played with the sound on, with such am ominous music I would have understand it was timed 😭

6:11 omg, it's a twin peaks reference
The game is heavily inspired by twin peaks. We have a blonde dead woman named Laura, a brunette detective named Dale. Doesn't get any more obvious. Given all that, the phone voice was the first thing to really make it click though

The first case I solved randomly, I remember when I played before one of the rusty lake games and code was 1422 and 1478 or 1487, I tried all of them and before I tried 1422, obviously I had to go for 1421 and safe got opened, I just came here to see did I got lucky and it looks like 😃
This is the hardest cube escape I played until now.
5:12 i did the exact same thing in this part but it didn't do anything, is it a glitch or am i supposed to do something else?
some of the comments: do *NOT* play this at night!
me, *a scaredy cat,* is playing this from *12 mid - 4:30 am* and gave up bc of the slider puzzle but will still play later in the broad daylight: 👁👄👁
I just finished it on my own without the help of the walkthrough, it took me more than an hour but still I feel I should be given a Nobel prize
This game is amazing
IMPORTANT: I think it's necessary to change the code of the green safe in the Part 1, because when I first started playing I saw it and thought that maybe a code from the earlier games would work, (like in Cube Escape: The Lake) but being that one of the codes in The Lake and the one in this game is only different in the last number, I ended up opening the safe, getting the evidence and skipping the whole Part 1.
I still loved the game though.
Manuel Caamaño same here, went to chapter 2 without understanding what had happened in chapter 1. Still, great game and great series
Me too !
the last part creeped me out
The last part is the scariest part in any of the cube escape games, got through it, even if it took a few attempts. Also the sliding block puzzle is the worst
Nahhh but rusty lake games hit different at night when you're tired and supposed to be asleep but can't stop bc you're curious and determined🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I'm so proud of me cause I completed the entire game without looking for the answers on the internet (the ending scared the shit out of me).
13:51 tv: inserts memories from Harvey’s egg and Robert Hills a corrupted soul in The White door into tv circuits and laser appears and ceiling fan spins _me_ : what a hell of a way to turn on the light.
How much time given for chapter 4? I couldn't make it. too fast. can't even play anymore. then another thing, as in video, it bright. but in my game its dark.. too dark..
I think three minutes.
I took forever to solve the coffee! 😊 Thank you!
Yup there is a storyline

This dark and mysterious atmosphere reminds me a lot of Twin Peaks, the Lynch series. Especially the momemt with the phone and crossword. hey there, you prolly won't see this. it's 2020 here, almost 2021...
Same
Go to the dead woman and tap on her mouth, the bug will come out of it. Then go to the sofa, the bug will be there and follow where it goes.
@@nattythenarwhal OMG THANK YOU
I'm confused, I had to remake chap 1. When I saw the chest I just tried codes from previous episodes and guess what in The Lake, it's 6×237 = 1422 x) so I ended the chapter without completing everything and didn't understand why ;(
