Not in Norwegian embassy but in your government agencioes that handles that account like for example in our country it is called department of foreign affairs

Im married bfore here in Phil (now separated 30yrs) and im applying now for Delation of Marriage and when i recieved my Cenomar 3-5mos and my status is single already can i apply for Fiancee visa immediately?
As long as you're single you can definitely apply.
hi milky,thanks for the video,,i am married with Norwegian citizen we got married in italy, now she is in Norway so can i travel on marriage document to Norway and can i apply family immigration staying there with her?
If you're from EU country you can travel anytime here because they don't require visa. You can check UDI website for more info in case you're from other country that requires visa like from the Philippines if we're married to a Norwegian citizen then we need to apply for family reunification visa before we can stay here.
Hello po. Pwede po ba na yung bf ko lang ang papasa ng mga documents in person sa tax office or should I be there too? Kasi I'm planning to only go to Norway for like 10 days (visitor's visa) during the actual wedding na because I can't leave my work for that long :(

As long as you complete the requirements you can apply. However he needs to bring all the documents needed from Norway before he visits you.
Can my cenomar be scanned and sent to me on email if I’m not in my country?
No. It needs to be certified from the dfa

Yung license nyo po to get married, need po ba na face to face ipasa or okay lang po na si fiance lang magpasa ng documents ko? Send ko na lang po sana abroad muna and si fiance ang magprocess
Kasi po nagrant na yung visa ko and 30 days lang po yung duration of allowed stay ko daw although 6 months po sya valid. And I heard it takes like 4 to 5 weeks para makakuha ng license to get married. So pano po kayo yun? Allowed naman akong mag stay ng longer ng 30 days kahit waiting pa lang sa license to get married and hindi pa makakapagsubmit ng another family reunification visa ulit kay UDI?
Ano po? Fiance visa is up to 6 months.
30 days duration lang po yung nakalagay sa visa ko. Then validity start date ay 08-23-2023 to 02-23-2024. Bale I have 6 months to travel to Norway but I can only stay for the span of 30 days. I thought fiance visa is 6 months nga sa nagulat din kami
