    Mine is almost at a year. Interesting to hear this type of case takes an average of 18 months. High conflict with a malignant narcissist and kids but very little assets, considered low income, no home or anything.
    But he won’t do any of what needs to be done to complete it like mediation, initial disclosures, etc. Yet he’s made it very clear with his abusive ways he has no interest in actually being with me or repairing the relationship. He only wants me around to demean, devalue and insult as much as he can. So it’s dragging and having to file motions left and right.

    I do not want a divorce.
    I am the husband. My wife filed and in her demands she stated she wants sole possession of our unencumbered home and full custody. I will never agree to either. Our daughter turns 18 soon, and our son is 15.
    Is there any way I can stop the divorce?
