- In this video I take on the all new infected broodmother and beat it in under 6 minutes. This was far from perfect and could be improved slightly by using 1 different mutation.
Apologies for any lag as my PC isn't great and I really need to upgrade.

@knightdriven 420 well I mean I haven't fought her legit yet I fought her in creative in mild and with the mint mace even without taking damage it takes a good 4 mins I just couldn't imagine beating her in woah mode and that's coming from me being extremely good at killing bugs lol
@@mug3864 lol my controller seems to be messing up and I either block constantly and can't really sprint or I don't block at all so I don't reckon I'll be doing this boss for a while

Yes I LOVE how difficult it is. Could do with a couple of very small tweaks but overally very good

1 Venom, 3 Fangs, 3 Chunks... ridiculous. You can't build a single item with her drops. Either the drops or recipes need work. Or maybe even the dup prices.
Myth: You can only steal Chunks and the Trinket from the IBM.
I made about 30 attempts to farm parts from her through loading saves/theft, dying and then returning for the parts. She only yields Chunks and, rather frequently, the Trinket (I got maybe 10 out of 30?) I never got a single Fang or Venom. You have to kill her for the Fangs and Venom (I believe).
GG, I can't kill her on Medium. Waiting for a comprehensive guide from you, Paraly5er. You're the only one I trust to give solid advice w/o the attitude.

Nice fight. good damage, w/o everyone’s favorite toenail scimitar. I assume the dagger is faster. does it’s freshness really stack with the trinket?
The trinket does seperate damage. So each hit does 15 damage + the fresh damage boost (from the trinket) plus the damage of the dagger (with the fresh boost). But they don't boost each other
Hey im a recent subscriber and i would love to see a new video on the current best combat builds in your opinion since the 1.2 buffs and nerfs for someone still going through the main story and end game?
does suspicious ice cap convert all the weapon damage to fresh? cause i was confused to see u using a poisondagger, since poison shouldnt be working too good i think. and also i thought the trinket only gives an extra bit of fresh damage. and btw, good job man, u gave her quite a nice spanking :) very nice.

The faster he attacks the more damage he gets from the trinket. Daggers are fastest weapon in game.
Mutations are in the description. The fresh trinket does 15 damage multiplied by the fresh boost every hit. The dagger swings the fastest so the addtional damage matters more.

How do you deal so much dmg? I use that dagger aswel on L8 atm but i do no where near as much dmg as in this video O.o
Suspicious Ice Cap, adds 15 fresh damage to all hits, this gets multiplied by the weakness to fresh. This along with a level 9 fresh dagger tears through her

Beefy for healing. I just used the beefy one here as I needed a good healing item. Sticky is better when fighting wasps as it makes the effect last twice as long

This boss is insane, phase 1 is easy, phase 2 is good, I like 2nd phase but phase 3 its something crazy. In medium difficulty I die infinity times, her x2 faster attack than black widow its something really crazy. I cant do a hit because she attacking and attacking. in my opinion this boss need a little fix for phase 3. You made insane work, I don't know how you beat this monster in medium difficulty but its insane, thank you!
Hello, I have a little problem. I was trying to get Speed Droplet accessorie from my pet aphid, but I wasn't able to steal any items at all. I have Sticky Fingers and Rascal Pogue Tier 3 equipped, but I wasn't able to steal any items. And I used 33 healbasas! Am I just extremely unlucky or was it somehow fixed that you can't steal items from your pets? And if it is so, how is it possible to get Speed Droplet?
They fixed it so you can't steal from pets anymore. You have to steal it from "wild" aphids

Yes. I've actually used my blue spiderlings to distract the Undershed Widow so I can run past once she was distracted.

Hey Paralyser, can you do a unarmed build tutorial? I’m pretty sure last update they nerfed it, but with the latest update I think it may have been buffed.
Nah I just made one and killed the mantis easily. U just need a mask of the mother demon, a termite chestplate, fire ant knee guards and a fire ant sheild. Mutations are lil fist, chopper, explody fist thing, buff lungs and cardio fan. Oh and the power droplet
Also make all armor sleek unless playing with friends

The one I have been using for the infected broodmother I got from Laggin24x. It consists of all fire ant armor with shield(bulky I believe), power droplet of course, lil fist, chopper, smasher, parry master and corporate kickback. As of a few days ago when I tried it out, it was still working soundly. I can't beat her yet, but then again, just a few days before that I almost died to a single wolf spider on medium in a fight that totally wasn't weighted towards me. I got past the first two stages twice(player damage and stamina turned on of course. Milk molars ain't max. Mutations are). Third stage was total annihilation both times.
Quick tip for players trying to get weapon specific mutations maxed out: Use waft emitters! I did red ants. Just build your waft emitter, bring some mushroom bricks and build around the waft emitter to protect it. Kill a few red ants and put their parts in the waft emitter. Make sure to bring a repair tool for your walls. Another tip: Using the power droplet with unarmed attacks counts as all weapon types. It will unlock weapon specific mutations as you kill with unarmed attacks(unarmed as well for little fist). It is quite slow, however, if you want a specific mutation maxed.
@@snoktopus5422 once you get the infected broodmother chest plate i rock that unarmed with the regular broodmother helmet and knee pads. Try lil fist, assassin, mom genes, truffle tussle for the last one i switch depending on what i’m doing but it’s either natural explorer smasher/chopper or spore lord. You do pretty good poison damage plus truffle tussle procs to good damage and almost always stun the enemy with the infected broodmother chest plate

Poison buikd with the new glbuffs and the new extra poison dmg fro mom genes mutation feels amazing.. I went and did mantis and it was okay before but it destroys her now. Soo much fun. I’ve gotten 1/4 through this boss on whoa mode with a similar build but havnt beaten yet on whoa. Medium I have several times though.
Do you mind explaining your poison build a little more? What armour and mutations?

Assassin is only mutation you have to use. Others don’t matter whatever you want. Latest patch made it so you wanna run mom genes as that adds a lot more poison dmg. The infected brood doesn’t take much poison dmg or venom.. it’s actually better to use mantis armor after some testing. Bleed hurts the infected brood a lot. Widow dagger swings soo fast and hits soo much that I still like to use it plus mine is level 9 so it does good dmg. Toenail scimitar is also a great choice.
I got the 1st and 2nd down pretty good now it’s just the 3rd phase bro… even with the rusty spear, the second I m not aggro she gets her omega speed hits back 😭

Great build, love black widow dagger. I suck at blocking and mopped the floor with her on Mild. On Mild difficulty ezpz but on Medium 3rd stage of the fight has really small margin for mistakes. Yeah I don't imagine fighting her on Woah getting oneshoted no ty.

Is the Mant doing anything significant? He seems to die very quickly. I guess it does buy you a bit of breathing room.
He does a bit of damage and also distracts the boss in case you need to heal or just to let you lay into it

Yes she is but i think he went with the dagger because of its speed to proc the summons and crits more frequently

I believe they changed it to like the black widow. No venom dmg and half poison. I used widow and brood helm and dagger full poison buikd and she ticks down pretty fast.. it offfsets her healing almost perfectly or more. Same as I see in widow fight
The elemental trinkets add a flat amount of damage. To maximise your fresh damage you take the fastest weapon you can get your hands on and just go to town. Im not too sure if the speed difference is gonna make this outperform a toenail scimitar but it sure as hell looks like it.

PC is much easier, I have beaten it on xbox too but the controls on PC make it much easier to heal, move, block etc.

@@lerit1917 Because it would take me ages to collect all the resources but in a custom world I can make everything easily. It doesn't change the gameplay of the bossfight whatsoever. I beat it on my medium world too with the same build
