It's not easy (at first anyhow) to read the word of God until you come to a thorough understanding of "faith plus nothing". But it sure is most fulfilling!
So glad I got to see this as it's the best explanation that I've seen which explains the difference between the law and faith, the difference between the old testament and the new testament. Much appreciated.

Paul, categorically excludes works from our salvation, but what kind of works is Paul talking about? if we believe the entire bible, we need to see how Paul’s words fit together with James’s words, because James clearly says that “a man is justified by works” if Paul and James mean the same thing by works, then they contradict one another, since you and I both believe that the Bible cannot contradict itself, we must agree that Paul and James mean two different things by the word works, I believe that we should interpret scripture by using scripture, you will note that sometimes Paul expands his phrase from worksby adding the phrase of the law, as in Romans 3:20 and 28 and Galatians 2:16, further, sometimes Paul substitutes the phrase through the law to describe the same reality, for example, in Romans 3:20, he says, “through the law comes knowledge of sin,” in other words, when Paul uses the word works, he is talking about the Old Testament law, a careful reading of Galatians will show that Paul is using works of the law to refer especially to the law of circumcision, he is strong about this that he says in Galatians 5:2, “now, I, Paul, say to you that if you receive circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you,” Paul opponents in Galatia wanted to bring the gentile Christian back into the Old Testament law, these are the works of the law that Paul is fighting against, Paul is saying in essence that gentile Christians do not have to be circumcised and live like Jewish Christian in order to be saved.
”Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’“ Matthew 7:22-23 NKJV

@@LampLighter i can break up this belief of “once saved, always saved,” into two parts, and respond to both, so if take the former, the first part, “once saved” the idea that salvation is a one time event in the past, and nothing is left to be done, well, I can share passages such as this, passages that would suggest or actually prove in scripture that salvation is a process, but is not a one time event in the past, but there’s different dimensions, you could affirm your Protestant friends belief that, yes, there is an initial stage of salvation where we initially come into saving relationship with Jesus Christ, where his life is infused within our soul, we’re justified, we’re in good standing with god, we have his grace dwelling within us, and that initial state in no way that we can merit the initial grace of salvation that moves the heart and the mind to faith, and the passage that’s familiar with your Protestant friends, would be Ephesians 2:8-9, but if you notice, in that very text, you can always turn to-just go one verse later to verse 10 of Ephesians 2, and St.Paul talks about how there are certain works that god has prepared for us to walk in, so we have that initial stage of salvation which involves the works of charity that we need to perform, I can also refer them to 1 Corinthians 1:18, Paul writes, “for the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved-“ notice that’s a present participle there, “being saved,” which indicates it’s a present state of salvation, an ongoing process, and then finally-so we have our initial stage, we have our present, and then there’s also a future dimension, a final salvation that the Bible speaks of, so for example, in Matthew 10:22, Jesus himself says, “you will be hated by all men for my name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved,” so “we have been saved, we are being saved, and we hope to be saved,” so that deals with the “once saved” part of the belief, and finally, the second part of course is “always saved” which indicates this common Protestant belief of eternal security, that “once I’m saved, there’s nothing I could do to lose that grace, all you really need to do go to 1 Corinthians 4:3-4, where St.Paul himself says, “but with me it is very small thing that I should be judged by you or by any human court, I do not even judge myself,” so St.Paul is basically saying, I’m not aware of any sort of sins that would take me away from god and destroy god’s life in my soul,” but he says, “I do not even judge myself,” and even in 1 Corinthians 9:27, St.Paul says that “I pommel my body,” he puts his body under mortification, right? mortification of the flesh, he says, “lest I myself should become disqualified,” literally, “a castaway,” that is, separated from Jesus Christ, so if you want to attack the “once saved,” with that process, those different stages of salvation, or dimensions, and then you want to attack the “always saved,” by sharing with them those bible passages that indicate St.Paul does not even believe in eternal security.
Love God and love your neighbor! Jesus said if you love me you will obey me. I obey because I am saved I know it doesn’t add to the finish work on the cross! Obedience is crucial in our relationship with God tho! .
Yes, Christ secured our means of salvation when He said, it is finished. But on our part, Paul said, to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. We are still in a world full of sin. While we are on this journey called life, being saved from our sins, we are called to be a light in this dark place that others may also be saved. May we all grow into the fullness of Christ, so that GOD may be all in all.
That's true, however I thing bringing it up a response to this video shows you haven't really addressed the point of the message. Using the analogy from the video, someone who forsakes the law would be like one who is kicked out of school for refusing to follow the rules. The believer is akin to someone who has graduated from school. They haven't refused to follow the schools rules. They are no longer in school. The believer is not forsaking the law. He or she is in the exact same category as the faithful Jew who dies. We all know that the law did not apply to the dead. After a faithful Jew died... Were they sinning or punished if the did not tithe? Were they sinning or punished if they did not go up to Jerusalem to celebrate the feast? Were they sinning or punished if they did not go out to battle? Clearly the dead are not forsaking the law or refusing to obey. It's obvious that no one would have sought to stone a dead man for failing to keep a commandment. Once you accept as fact that we are legally dead, it's not surprising we live under a new set of expectations.
@@rockumk from the moment you said HOWEVER all the way down to declaring yourself (you don't get to speak for others) LEGALLY DEAD. EVEN SAYING THAT HE LAW DOESN'T APPLY TO THE DEAD. 1 Peter 4:6 KJV - For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. You KNOW you will be JUDGED for not keeping it. Revelation 11:18 KJV - And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. Revelation 20:12 KJV - And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Revelation 20:13 KJV - And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. You know the law is spiritual and if you followed the spirit of error rather than the truth and did as Cain sacrificing the righteous because your works are evil & worse if you taught others to do so KNOWING TEACHERS WILL BE JUDGED MUCH STRICTER and you still chose to follow evil rather than good and still chose to condemn the innocent and quit the guilty ALL OF WHICH HAD YOU BEEN "SCHOOLED" BY THE LAW YOU WOULD KNOW GOD GATES AND DOESNT APPROVE OF, well, what does the word say? They will pass through it hard-pressed and hungry; and it shall happen, when they are hungry, that they will be enraged and curse their king and their God, and look upward. Then they will look to the earth, and see trouble and darkness, gloom of anguish; and they will be driven into darkness. Galatians 3:13 NKJV - Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), What Paul left off was Deuteronomy 21:22-23 NKJV - “If a man has committed a sin deserving of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree, “his body shall not remain overnight on the tree, but you shall surely bury him that day, so that you do not defile the land which the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance; for he who is hanged is accursed of God.

Also, remember that for “one brief second” SATAN even influenced Peter, to speak a word that was against the WILL of GOD, Read it here; ”Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke, saying, “Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!” But Yeshua TURNED AND SAID TO PETER : “GET thee BEHIND ME, SATAN!” You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.”“ Matthew 16:22-23 NKJV Dont you see?? Even when YESHUA was on earth, Satan was trying to infiltrate by influencing (1) of the 12 Apostles…And the same thing is happening to us in these last days. Satan is infiltrating the churches by causing us to forsake the law and walk in lawlessness. BUT PRAISE be to YESHUA, who has given us the SPIRIT OF TRUTH… PUT ALL your TRUST in the SPIRIT OF TRUTH to LEAD you. The Door Michael once you ARE SAVED you can not lost your salvation . Paul said once you are truly saved you are sealed by Holy Spirit. Ephesians 4:30:Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. But you can reject Grace if don't fully believe it is a free gift from Jesus Christ Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Our old man and new man are spiritually circumcised once we are born again. When we sin after believing, those sins remain in our old man and our new man goes untouched being preserved until the day of redemption. How can we lose salvation that Christ paid such a high price for?
Amen! We’re spiritually reborn ONCE and then SEALED by the indwelling Holy Spirit until the day of redemption, Ephesians 4. God seals us as His own, and we can NEVER be separated from Him ever again, because we dwell in Christ, and Christ is in the Father, so Jesus says NOTHING can pluck us from His hands, because us being baptized into Him by faith means we are baptized into the Father too, because Jesus and the Father are one, and nothing can pluck us from the Father’s hands either, John 10. Praise Jesus for His Holy Spirit guiding us, giving us spiritual discernment to know what is true and what is not, and for the strength He gives us to persevere in our faith no matter the consequences. I was so lost before I was born again. We were justified at the cross, by the shed ßIood of Christ alone, and because Jesus arose the 3rd day to eternal life, we know that He has given us the same, and our name has been written in the book of life, and our citizenship transferred from earth to the kingdom of God, from the moment we believe on Christ as our God and Savior. Anyone who believes saIvati0n can be Iost, must believe saIvati0n can be earned, so they believe they earn their way to God’s kingdom by doing works for righteousness, not comprehending that no matter how good they are, or how good they try to keep the Law, when their righteousness is judged against God’s righteousness, they will fall short and be condemned. That’s the whole reason we need Christ. He set us free from being punished for our sìns by putting our sìns upon Himself, and He suffered the punishment we deserve, so we can be set free from the condemnation of the Law, and made the righteousness of God in Him. We’re not perfect, but we’re covered by the sìnless Savior’s shed ßIood for the complete atonement of all our sìns forever, and He is perfect. He took the record of our life of disobedience to the Father on Himself at the cross, and His record of perfect obedience was transferred to us, and it’s only because of Christ’s perfect righteousness being imputed to us by faith that we can enter God’s kingdom. Praise Jesus for covering us with His righteous shed ßIood, and reconciling us to our Father in Heaven through faith. Once we’re born again spiritually, we belong to Christ forever!
I believe that to be a false, because if i say i believe but don’t try to live my life how God wants me to and how He says is good am i really believing in Him ? I am an orthodox christian we believe we are saved by the belief in Jesus Christ the Son of God and his grace not because of works but because of his mercy and love for us.Although faith without works is dead, there are many videos of christians who had a spiritual experience and went to hell, they smoked, drink, swear, gossip and not truly repent of all this sins.It is said it was better to not know God ,then to know him and still go to hell. Of course i can’t exemplify and talk to much in a youtube comment section. In summary we believe we are saved but we CAN lose our salvation if we are not careful. Let’s say that was not the case here, but even if it wasn’t,isn’t this a more meaningful way of living a christian life? We all believe we are good or at least not bad people but watch yourself when something that you don’t want happens to you, you will have a much more insightful view about you.We all are happy when things go our way,but when they don’t then you can see who you truly are.

Would it be wrong to keep some parts of the law (not to be under the jurisdiction of, or as a method of salvation) but as a personal preference of lifestyle? Such as the ten commandments and the other moral laws in the law?
If a saved (Gal3:28) believer turns back to the law to be or remained saved are they no longer saved/justified/forgiven/sealed ? If so, that would be losing your justification. Does Paul teach that ?

Seventy years ago a man who divorced his wife committed career suicide and became the pariah of his community. Homosexuality was a felony and no one had ever heard of a school shooting. By all accounts the former generations were of a much higher moral caliber, and yet nearly every man had a cigarette in hand. If you hope in Jesus and believe that He has forgiven (present tense) your sins, you have passed from death to life. The ever shifting moral conventions contrived by men have absolutely no bearing upon that salvation.
Why do you believe what you put into your mouth condemns you? If, as many think, smoking is a sin because it destroys your body, then they would also be sinning by eating fast food, seed oils, processed foods, and gluttony in general. Stop smoking; it is bad for your health and I want you to have a long and healthy life, brother (I say this in love, not condemnation). Don't try to put yourself under the law by making "dietary" restrictions you think please the Father.
We are not under the Law but when one Loves the Lord we can't but help but do the Law meaning to Love one another in the Spirit of Truth keep my Commandments Love one another People. For there is no Law against LOVE 💕💔✝️❤️🩹👍💖✌️. Psalm 19:7 The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; Psalm 111:7 The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy; Matthew 5:17-20 Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of the commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 23:23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness. These you ought to have done, without neglecting the others. Matthew 7:21 Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Luke 6:46 Why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I tell you? Titus 1:16 They profess to know God, but they deny him by their works. They are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good work. Matthew 25:11-12 Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open to us.’ But he answered, ‘Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ Luke 13:26-27 Then you will begin to say, We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’ But he will say, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of evil!’ Matthew 25:41 Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 2 Peter 2:4-9 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment; if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven others, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; if by turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned them to extinction, making them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly; and if he rescued righteous Lot, greatly distressed by the sensual conduct of the wicked (for as that righteous man lived among them day after day, he was tormenting his righteous soul over their lawless deeds that he saw and heard); then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment,
John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. ~Jesus Now how do we love one another as Christ has loved us? We don't lie to one another, We don't cheat one another, We don't steal from one another, We don't bear false witness against one another, We don't covet one another's possessions or wife ect. Those are just a couple examples of how we fulfill the commandment of love one another. 1John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him (Jesus) sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither knows him. 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. 3:11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. And love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. ~Romans 13:10
So how does sin play into the Christian faith? If I murder or commit adultery which is apart of the law is it still counted as sin for me if I’m no longer under it through faith in Christ?
Do not believe this corrupted teaching it is absolutely wrong 1 John 3:4 Everyone who keeps sinning is violating Torah - indeed, sin is violation of Torah.
Actually the commands of Jesus : Love God with all your might . Love your Neighbor. Pardon your enemies. Born from spirit and make yourself a temple for God living there. The holy spirit guides. Question : Would you sin? ( There are 3 clas. crime against other humans ( avon) , Pesha ( rebellion , the harshest) and Hataa( Violation of the Law of God))
@@onejohn2.26.Not exactly. The Moses law did not saved anyone from Rebellion ( Pesha) which was rewarded with Death. The temple purified from Crime and Law's disobedience (avon & Hataa) only Jesus brought the salvation, leaving aside the Moshe Covenant as Highest Priest not from Aaron lineage. That is the reason the temple was destroyed as Ezekiel wrote about the Judah Iniquity.
@@onejohn2.26.Agree on the commandments of Jesus are the commandments coming from God. The new covenant is about grace. If you follow the Moshe Law , you will reach a red line: equvalence of an animal is not.equal to Jesus DEath
How do we reconcile what paul said in hebrews 6 vs 5 & 6 also didnt he say those who endure till the end shall be saved. I agree that its by faith but doesn't it seem you got to make it tull the end ?
It helped me to know that the dispensation of Grace is for the Gentiles and the Dispensation of the kingdom is to the circumcision/Jews. So, when you read, ask who the scripture is speaking to. That helps it all make sense. ☺️
Yes, have faith until the end. Not be sinless until the end which is impossible. Not following rituals or traditions or works. I don't know why this is such a contentious and difficult subject. It seems Paul was pretty clear about it.

Those are only a few of the ways that show that we love one another. For if we, lie, cheat, steal, covet, and slander ect, one another, that is not showing each other love, in which God has commanded us to do. 1John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him (Jesus) sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither know him. 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. Jesus Christ took our sins right? So if we sin less he than have less suffering to endure on cross. Why not think simply like this, if you love Him ,sin less,so he would suffer less on cross. And do not sin, because it is right thing to do
JESUS CHRIST is coming for those that keep the commandments and hold the testimony of JESUS. "If you love me you will keep my commandments" We do not serve a lawless JESUS. HE is the word of GOD made flesh. We are saved by grace through faith. JESUS said "don't think that I have come to destroy the law but to fulfill.....not one jot or tittle will be changed until all is fulfilled." For sin shall not have dominion over you for ye are not under the law but under grace. Romans 6:14 What then, shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? GOD FORBID! Verse15 We are no longer servants to sin but to righteousness. Saved from sin by the precious blood of Jesus! Christ in you, the hope of glory! WHY DO WE MAKE EXCUSES FOR SIN! THERE IS POWER IN THE BLOOD! POWER OVER SIN! BY THE LAW, WE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN. WITHOUT THE LAW, SIN IS DEAD. UPHOLD THE LAW!!!! LIVE HOLY AND GODLY. JUST SAY NO TO SIN.
What about Leviticus 24: 10-23? God told Mose to have everyone stone to death the son of an Israelite mother and Egyptian father for blaspheme. I think he was a gentile.
Guys, Here is The Savior HalleluYAH translates “Praise ye YaH” YaH is The Heavenly Father YaH arrives via the TENT OF MEETING YaH was Who they Crucified for our sins YaH was Crucified on an Almond TREE - Ancient Semitic Cuneiform of Moshe (Moses) - Isa Scroll (The Original Isaiah) Isaiah 42:8 "I am YaH; that is my Name! I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols.” Isaiah 43:11 “I am YAH, and there is no other Savior but Me.” Isaiah 45:5 “I am YaH, and there is none else.”
I think where people get tripped up is where they don’t rightly divide scripture, Christ was the end of the law when he died on the cross for our sins , The Bible says to study to show thyself approved, rightly dividing the word of God, our works are as filthy rags. Nothing we do would ever be good enough to earn our way into heaven , ❤. Once saved, always saved, eternal salvation. Thank you Jesus.
Romans 8:1 (KJV) [There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Galatians 5:18-23 (KJV) 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 2 Peter 2:9-10 (KJV) 9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: 10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous [are they], selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. All this to NOT say sinless perfection is possible in us while we have this body, we can though by the Spirit mortify the deeds of the flesh. It is the work of the Spirit to bring you into obedience where you don’t ever go back to your old way. Jesus died to make a way for us to be righteous without the works of the law which are sacrifices and observing feasts. You will come to a situation where you may sin unwillingly or in the mind which is something we’re just subjected to. That’s why we have faith in Jesus Christ because He is the only one who never sinned. We still have His grace that sustains us. He did not die to abolish the moral law of God nor to allow us to stay in our sins. We are free from sin because as Christians we can no longer be comfortable in it. We have the Spirit in us so all we have to do is walk after Him. Salvation is done by true faith in Jesus Christ. 🙏🏻🕊️✨
So instead of getting to heaven by obeying the law, you get to heaven by obeying the moral standards of God which was what the law communicated. If you want to be under grace, then obey God's morality, but if you do not obey His morality, then you will be judged by the law.
@jtfike Accepting Jesus as your saviour is inclusive of it. You still have to obey the rest His commandments, otherwise your belief will be no different from a demon's belief in Jesus. Jesus said that if you love Him, you would keep His commandments. The New Testament says that the demons believe in Jesus too, but they tremble. If faith does not produce good works and obedience, it is dead.
1 John 3:7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

@@FEARGODRevelations14v7you are perfect because Jesus makes you perfect. Not because you actually did anything to be perfect. Jesus did all the work, not you. And just because you have the spirit with you, it doesn’t mean you start fulfilling the law without Jesus. Every single day you fall short and every single day you only remain unblemished because of him. You not only boast, but you misquote and misinterpret scripture however it suits you. And in doing so, you mock Jesus and reject him by insinuating you don’t need him. You are far from living perfectly. Just the way you treat others here condemns you.
For an assuming wise man, he can believe some pretty stupid things that are not biblical and all the while neglecting to mention passages of scripture where the Apostles spoke positively about the law and obedience to the law. Not being under the law doesn't mean we don't have to strive to obey the Law GOD gave to Moses, it simply means that when we study GODs law we now know how we are to worship GOD, that is according to the way HE said to worship HIM and we will also know how we are to treat our fellow man. The two aspects of the Law that are no longer practiced are the ceremonial and judicial and that's because of Yeshua's, (Jesuses) sacrifice on the cross. Nowhere in scripture does it say or elude to that the apostles stopped keeping the Sabbath or the feasts and greater than that nowhere in scripture does GOD or Yeshua, (Jesus) change the Sabbath or give the authority to anyone else to change the Sabbath from the seventh day to the first. If you want I will happily supply numerous scriptures for you all to look up, scripture that prove what I'm saying is correct and scriptures your pastors gloss over or fail to teach. If you all believe that the Law no longer necessary then go ahead and throw out the Old Testament because I guess it's no longer relevant and it's just for the misguided Jews. I mean honestly who is the GOD of Jews like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? And who is this Jewish Messiah the Son of GOD who had and a bunch of mainly Jewish decibels and apostles who kept the law perfectly so HE could be the perfect sacrifice being without spot or blemish, (Another Jewish thing). I mean why should we care about anything Jewish just because everything about GOD is Jewish? Blessings
You might as well just throw the bible away and forget every thing it says. Why are you always talking against the Jews Yeshuah was a Jew. Are you then anti semitic???
Liar liar ! We are judged by the law ! Without the law we have NO SIN ! With no law we have no sin thus no need of a savior! Stop perverting the word of GOD! No man will be justified by the law but the law condemns men and Jesus took our condemnation and was raised for our justification!
You need to improve your comprehension skills. Jesus fulfilled the law and because of him, we are also free. That is why we need a savior. If you can follow the law, then you are the one saying you don’t need a savior. Stop, think, be smarter
As I took it out of context from lots of different videos, Jesus Christ took our sins in that time, future sins, we people did, unto himself, and it make me think ,if we sin less He,at that time will have less burden to endure, so guys Do not sin anymore, just let ease Jesus Christ burden bit by bit
Our old man and new man are spiritually circumcised once we are born again. When we sin after believing, those sins remain in our old man and our new man goes untouched being preserved until the day of redemption. How can we lose salvation that Christ paid such a high price for?
People argue a false dichotomy of OSAS and works salvation. OSAS makes some people think a prayer saved them and they go on living carnally with no real faith. Works makes them have faith in themselves. The truth is Faith in Christ alone, until the end. You can't accidentally lose and no one can take it away. Remain in faith, it's as simple as that.

”Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’“

@@LampLighter you are correct.

Yes, Christ secured our means of salvation when He said, it is finished. But on our part, Paul said, to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. We are still in a world full of sin. Proverbs 28:4 NKJV - Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, But such as keep the law contend with them.
If you didn't know you will be punished a little still, if you did know and did it anyway MUCH.
THE WHOLE DUTY OF MAN keep the commandments and EVERYTHING a man does good or bad will be JUDGED.

2 Thessalonians 2:8-12 NKJV - And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

John 3:19-21 NKJV - “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. “For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. “But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”
Isaiah 8:20-22 NKJV - To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. They will pass through it hard-pressed and hungry; and it shall happen, when they are hungry, that they will be enraged and curse their king and their God, and look upward. Then they will look to the earth, and see trouble and darkness, gloom of anguish; and they will be driven into darkness.
Galatians 3:13 NKJV - Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),
What Paul left off was
Deuteronomy 21:22-23 NKJV - “If a man has committed a sin deserving of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree, “his body shall not remain overnight on the tree, but you shall surely bury him that day, so that you do not defile the land which the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance; for he who is hanged is accursed of God.

Jesus fulfilled the law. When we accept Jesus, he makes us free from the law because we are born again. (Your only relevant scripture Galatians 3:13)
Yes, you aptly showed that those who are lawless will be judged. Because we are in Jesus’s book, we will have no lawlessness to account for. That is the whole point of Jesus or did that part elude you in Sunday school?
Accepting Jesus in your life is salvation. No longer a slave to sin. Law is enslavement. It doesn’t mean we can go do whatever we want to do. The spirit will correct us. Why will it do so? Because we asked him to when we accepted him.
You slept through the entire book of Romans, most of Corinthians, and some of John and Timothy.

For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God:
Not of works lest any man should boast. Amen.
The law of faith . Whatsoever is not of faith is sin . By the grace of God , we are justified by faith .
in your dreams, for your information, in Romans 3:28, you will notice that Paul says a man is justified by faith,( pistei in Greek ),when Martin Luther translated the letter to the Romans into German in sixteenth century, he added the word “Alone” but Alone is not in the original Greek text, the phrase “faith alone” does occur in the New Testament, one time, in James 2:24, there the inspired apostle denies that justification is from faith alone, Let me quote it for you, “You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone, the same apostle who wrote Galatians also wrote Philippians, wherein Paul says, “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, Philippians 2:12, and if you look carefully at Paul’s writing, you will notice that he never says that our righteousness comes from faith alone, only that it comes from faith apart from works.
I’ll say it again; Its IMPERATIVE! “ Keep all those scriptures that you find concerning the LAW, from the Book of Psalms in your Heart… and read them everyday! Cause I tell you; Satan the Father of Lies has infiltrated the churches, and the gentiles are being led astray by living in lawlessness!
This shouldn’t surprise you, Satan at one point, even infiltrated the 12 Apostles just to get to Yeshua……by using Judas. Remember that??
Also, remember that for “one brief second” SATAN even influenced Peter, to speak a word that was against the WILL of GOD, Read it here;
”Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke, saying, “Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!” But Yeshua TURNED AND SAID TO PETER : “GET thee BEHIND ME, SATAN!” You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.”“ Matthew 16:22-23 NKJV
Dont you see?? Even when YESHUA was on earth, Satan was trying to infiltrate by influencing (1) of the 12 Apostles…And the same thing is happening to us in these last days. Satan is infiltrating the churches by causing us to forsake the law and walk in lawlessness. BUT PRAISE be to YESHUA, who has given us the SPIRIT OF TRUTH… PUT ALL your TRUST in the SPIRIT OF TRUTH to LEAD you. So that you wont fall into the deception of lawlessness, and end up loving a lie to your destruction.

@WOODMISER2023 Yes, it does. How is he a false teacher. Give me some examples please.
@@NotaVampyre111 One of the biggest examples is that he says the law was done away with and you do not need to follow it. The law is the written Torah which was given to all of us threw Moses. It is NOT Moses law. Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

The Door Michael once you ARE SAVED you can not lost your salvation . Paul said once you are truly saved you are sealed by Holy Spirit. Ephesians 4:30:Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Our old man and new man are spiritually circumcised once we are born again. When we sin after believing, those sins remain in our old man and our new man goes untouched being preserved until the day of redemption. How can we lose salvation that Christ paid such a high price for?
Once saved always saved.

There is this illustration of C.S. Lewis smoking a pipe, I think it was the cover for one of his books.
Your body is a temple
Why do you believe what you put into your mouth condemns you? If, as many think, smoking is a sin because it destroys your body, then they would also be sinning by eating fast food, seed oils, processed foods, and gluttony in general. Stop smoking; it is bad for your health and I want you to have a long and healthy life, brother (I say this in love, not condemnation). We don't covet one another's possessions or wife ect.

I have seen "ordained" ministers fall from grace, and put themselves under torah law.. Those judiazers are still hard at work decieving ..
So how does sin play into the Christian faith? If I murder or commit adultery which is apart of the law is it still counted as sin for me if I’m no longer under it through faith in Christ?

Everyone who keeps sinning is violating Torah - indeed, sin is violation of Torah.

That is the reason the temple was destroyed as Ezekiel wrote about the Judah Iniquity.

Yet Paul said you have been grafted into the promises and covenants of Israel/ Abraham..

JESUS CHRIST is coming for those that keep the commandments and hold the testimony of JESUS. "If you love me you will keep my commandments" We do not serve a lawless JESUS.

@@WOODMISER2023I feel sorry for you because you are condescending and cannot even justify what you just stated.
"Be you therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
Romans 8:1 (KJV) [There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who
walk not after the flesh,
but after the Spirit.
Galatians 5:18-23 (KJV) 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past,
that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
2 Peter 2:9-10 (KJV) 9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
10 But chiefly them that
walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government.
Why you post only old stuff?
Because old stuff is good stuff,
wHICH BLOOD MATTERS THAN AS WE KNOW . wHY DO YOU NOT FOLLOW HASHEM.
So instead of getting to heaven by obeying the law, you get to heaven by obeying the moral standards of God which was what the law communicated.
If you want to be under grace, then obey God's morality, but if you do not obey His morality, then you will be judged by the law.
You get to heaven by accepting Jesus as your savior. Plenty of people live a moral life but reject Jesus who won’t get there
@jtfike Accepting Jesus as your saviour is inclusive of it.
