I really hate the trope of, "I just love you so much, that's why I did all of these evil things to the person you love because only MY love matters, not yours."
Yet another granny that ate sour grapes😁but on a more serious note...Older folks in these dramas are all about maintaining customs and traditions and they're a lot of those in Chinese society. If you study a bit of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism which are the main pillars to Chinese society you'll understand better many situations that occur in these dramas.

Crazy unbelievable on too many levels to count! Fantasy genre is more believable than this script! First half started off ok fiction, but by middle I fast forward to even more unbelievable ending. Actors did well, but script is ridiculous. Sorry I invested first half and last 3 minutes

This drama started so well and went downhill from 59:00. A grown man imprisoned for so long. The constant unnecessary mis understandings. Was just annoying till the end. Even after his explanation she still let and then the unnecessary kidnap scene
