Another thing to consider is that the way the corpses end up on the telephone wires is pretty similar to Red Hot Chili Pepper's kills (Keicho in particular), so I think that for at least a little bit, the gang would be suspicious of Akira as being responsible.
The power saw I could see them dragging Akira along with them (or at least, getting his help) due to the similarities between them. Having him around might be helpful because instead of Adachi getting into the tv world, Chili pepper can just make him tv waves if he’s in the tv before Adachi

How would the Persona and Jojo teams get along? You've done Jojos vs Wild Cards before, but how about, just what if the teams met and maybe became friends? Those funny interactions.
And another interesting one, IF a Stand User got thrown into the Inaba Tv World, what would their Shadow (and Dungeon) be like? Because Yosuke and Chie didn't get full dungeons because they weren't on TV like Yukiko, Kanji, Rise, Mitsuo, and Naoto. And while we're at it, what would happen if a Stand user acquired a Persona, or a Persona user got a Stand? Would they have two spirits, or would the Stand and Persona merge? You could also think of Arcanas for the Part 4 onward characters (part 3 characters are obvious outside of the Egyptian Gods).
They probably wouldn’t merge, but they would have the same appearance, as both are a physical manifestation of the inner phyche and or soul.

@@sugoiboyxl8345 I mean that's the whole reason the TV is dangerous because the person who's thrown inside is killed by their own shadow because they can't accept it(their true self). A Persona is your true self not your fighting spirit like a stand so I think both could coexist

Gold Experience Requiem can only be acquired by reaching the point at which Satanael is normally summoned, and Satanael can only be acquired by piercing Arsene with a stand arrow.

In persona 1, you commonly fight zombies Jonathan would fair just fine. Also, Joseph against Hitler is not out of the question either. The real question would be if Jotaro could beat up Nyx
Imagine Giorno being in normal clothes and having his original black hair until he enters the metaverse, at which point he gets his part 5 clothes and hair. Also knowing Futaba being the weeb she is will say something along the lines of “this is just like my Japanese anime”
If anything, I think Shigechi (I think I spelt that right) would be the most hard countered in this situation. He is already shown to not be the smartest in a group that already struggles with their INT stats, but he also has a stand colony. So in actual 1 Vs 500 fight, Adachi just has to use any of his multi hitting attacks and if the president set in SMT 4 is anything to go by, a large group is absolutely melted by multi-targeting attack.

Regarding 24:35
In Arena, Teddie can summon multiple TVs from the ground basically at will and teleport between them, so I'd say he actually makes them. It's pretty clear he at least made the TV glasses, so I don't see why him being able to create entrances/exits is too far-fetched.
Teddie also just creates an exit in P4 for the Investigation Team to leave through.
When they mention Joseph using hermit purple to track Adachi, i had a thought of maybe using Joseph like the midnight channel, seeing if anyone has been thrown in and then having Rohan possibly gathering info.
Does that sound right? I hope it does.

@@rockinrollin5486 That's even worse for them, Magatsu-Izanagi held its own in physical combat against all of Narukami's strongest Personas besides Okami and Lucifer (although it did fight Helel, for what that's worth).
Crazy Diamond is faster in attack speed, sure, but Magatsu-Izanagi is faster in travel speed (evading Helel's punch in close-quarters), physical feats (completely obliterating an apartment-sized building with Atom Smasher), hax (Heat Riser, Magatsu-Mandala, Power Charge, Evil Smile + Ghastly Wail) and endurance (scales to Izanagi, who--and i'm HEAVILY lowballing--tanked several direct lightning strikes with ease).
Also, Adachi uses a bind spell in the animation which works at a pretty decent distance, affects both Persona and user, and doesn't have a casting time whatsoever. It instantly incapacitates Narukami and Izanagi, and Adachi proceeds to kick his shit in for the next two minutes before Narukami recovers. That's more than enough time for Adachi to stun Josuke and kill him.

I love the idea that the Morioh Gang versus Adachi is either a complete breeze for the heroes or they're just totally doomed if Adachi can slip into the TV world, which presumably in this version would function has part of his Stand. Like, he's either wrapped up in five episodes or they need to find a Stand user specifically with an ability to counter this.
To get into the TV world they call Pucci who extracts Josuke's disks with White Snake and puts them in a DVD player connected to the TV that Adachi went into
The big thing that was overlooked was the fact that in the Arena games, it's revealed that just having a Persona is enough to be able to enter the TV. This, however, only works around the area of Inaba. This means that either Adachi is able to enter the TV and so are the Morioh gang, or that Adachi is too far away from Inaba to enter TVs, and can only fight on the streets of Morioh.

BRFC02 I think the reason they dismissed it was because the Power to enter TVs was explicitly gained through a gift from a literal God, so maybe they thought that Heaven’s Door wouldn’t be able to replicate that?

@@the_meadow No, Stands are granted through sheer stress and trauma. The SBR universe Stands are granted by a supernatural force, yes, but part 4's Stands are far from that.
I was thinking, if the gang sees adachi escape through the TV then maybe red hot chili pepper can have a special interaction with that specific TV and that will allow the gang access to the tv world
they didn't even mention that one guy who can go inside mirrors, man! Like i'm not sure if it would work or not but maybe, the abilities are fairly similar.

An interesting plot point I think would be Adachi's hypothetical tv world stand still being able to hold peoples shadows and grant people stand like abilities in the form of personas. This could be a way to give people who would've gotten their stands from Kira's father into the plot. have them confront their shadows and get their stands that way. Also imagine if stand users stands were to turn around and attack their users. Like Josuke chases Adachi into a television, and suddenly he encounters his shadow, who jacks control of Crazy Diamond until he could accept it.

"The investigation team is dumb" Yeah they solved a murder mystery but they're dumb. meanwhile with all their information gathering powers literally the only way the morioh gang figures it out is an outside force calling josuke and hearing the bad-guy monologue.
Literally they solve nothing and run into the guy both time because of coincidence and his own cockiness.
So seems like the investigation team is honestly the smarter of the two.
I should also add persona users are fast enough to do things like outrun bullets in arena literally sho slashes at him and he gets shot at and dodges them all.
Yukako would be tough but she can't stop a bullet or a stream like lightning bolt, he took on a team of persona users by himself.
Also things like megidola and his many other moves allow him to AOE stands that have no range. Star platinum can stop time but he can't stop a nuke, megidola is pretty powerful and a non elemental attack but still an explosion.
Adachi is way smarter, sneaker and far more powerful than you give him credit for, especially with the shadows on his side.

The second like was all thanks to a kid being smarter than them all.
So the problem is if stands and personas are the same thing all of the stand users can get into the TV because in persona four arena The shadow operatives can get into the TV even though they’ve never been into the TV before.
However we also figure out that in p4A the only place that you can get into a TV if you Persona is inaba because like they bring up I’ve touched TV screens before and this doesn’t happen and then they explain know this can only happen here.
But if we’re letting that happen in the city that part 4 Takes Place in and stands and personas are different adachi escapes into the TV and just wait it out until the fog completely consumes the world and destroys it.
If stands and personas are the same adachi escapes into the TV they could follow after him they could get murdered by shadows because they’ve never fought them before and especially if the reaper shows up because in the anime adachi can just some of them it will.
Now if they get to adachi before he throws himself to the TV and showed him that they’re not going to let him have his fun anymore adachi He would give up because he’s only doing what he does because he’s bored and nobody can stop him but once he’s shown that somebody can stop and he gives himself up willingly.
But if adachi is the only one that can get into the TV because that’s his stand power he would still win if the fog is still coming because that is going to destroy the world someday by ameno-sagiri or izanami because adachi can summon the fog but he doesn’t make it
@ The power dissonance between Persona and JoJo is pretty obnoxious in general, since Persona never actually makes a clear distinction between the lore and the gameplay. In the adaptations, the Persona characters can casually dodge and tank bolts of lightning without any sort of bullshit or strings attached, while JoJo characters still struggle to evade bullets when they can't mess with the flow of time.

Okay hear me out. if characters from other parts could be brought in, then the morioh gang could use the same bullshit as Araki did in part 6, by finding Ungalo, having Rohan create a manga about a character that can enter the TV and bring out Adachi back to their world and then have Ungalo bring it to life with Bohemian Rhapsody. It´s still a huge strech, but definitely more doable than finding this universes Funny Valentine.

Well, considering that if the Morioh gang ended up in the TV world, at least one of them would make contact with their Shadow, and since shadows can be attacked by physical means, it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that the Morioh gangs stands would be able to defeat one of them, and it's even possible that Rohan would be able to use Heaven's Door to find out that by accepting ones shadow, their persona would manifest. It's possible that at least one of the Morioh gangs members could acquire a persona if they manage to successfully give chase to Adachi into the TV. Once at least one of the stand users gets a Persona, Adachi loses.
You do realise that the moves Shadows have instantly destroy most Stand Users. Not to mention, how when confronting a Shadow you become much weaker. Even if you know about accepting them, it would be difficult to accept a part of you that you constantly denied throughout life before. Ada chi would wreck them

Okay, imagine that Adachi is in and out of the TV getting into smaller scuffles with individual Morioh Gang members that always ends in him successfully vanishing into the nearest TV. The gang meets up and comes up with a plan and ends up confronting Adachi as a group. Adachi flees and hastily looks around for a TV before diving headfirst into one only to comically bash his skull and fall onto his ass. The TV turns into Mikitaka and Adachi's power didn't work because it wasn't a real TV and his shit gets kicked in when everyone catches up.
Morioh gang wouldn't catch Adachi cause they'd actually have to investigate.

The Morioh Warriors are way too stacked. Time stop, space deletion, perfect healing, and the jackpot of bullshit that Heaven's door brings to the table is just too much to handle
Except it isn't. Adachi has an entire hostile world at his disposal, can use magic that he can use at range or up close, has AoE attacks, Fear+Ghastly Wail is an instakill, he can buff himself, and his persona went toe-to-toe with Helel.

Stand Name: Television Man
Stand Ability: The user can throw people into televisions, which will put them in a sort of television world. Those stuck within are attacked by the desires of humanity in the form of "shadows". A person can only leave the TV when they die (where they are released on the TV power lines) or if someone else is put in instead (where they are released from the TV they first were thrown into, or the nearest available one).
Sub-Ability: Adachi can put himself inside a TV. The Shadows do not attack him, and instead seem to work in a more organized manner to defend him. The TV he has entered can be freely entered by any Stand User. If Adachi leaves with multiple people remaining in the TV, all but 1 are ejected from other nearby TVs.
Voila, somewhat balanced.
